The Popham Beach Estate is a private and unique ocean front property for up to 8 guests.
We call it our "secret" property because no one knows that it is there. One of only two summer homes on a private 2 mile stretch of the beach Coastal Living ranks the #4 best beach in New England, the draw of this property is that it is on a 600 acre preserve with lots of walking trails, views of Seguin Lighthouse, and is very, very private. This 1930's property has not been modernized beyond electricity and running water, so it is a time capsule that can sweep you away to the way it was when people came to vacation in Maine in the first half of the 1900's.

Bayberry Cottage was our first "elite" property, and still remains one of our favorite. With flower gardens professionally maintained by a Japanese gardener leading down to a new pier and dock - this property is perfect for the yachtsman or want-a-be sailor. Watch as fishing boats and million dollar yachts travel by the property on their way up the St George River.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen for the gourmet chef. Pottery Barn could do a catalog photo shoot at this property.
A mooring able to support up to a 40' yacht is located just off the dock.
