everyone that I worked from the beginning to check-in and even check-out, were pleasant professional and really seemed like they cared about you having a great time while at their location Thank you other places could learn from organization.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the screened-in porch. The lake is so picturesque and loaded with fish. Also really enjoyed Belfast.

They were friendly and efficient

On the Water in Maine is so easy to work with from start to finish. Because we were return guests, we were even able to check in a little more quickly...a nice surprise!

This was our second stay at "Glass House" and just as the first stay, it did not disappoint. Our weather was not as beautiful as year one, but the house was perfect. The views, from every room, simply beautiful! The grounds incredible and the architecture fantastic!

Have rented many properties from On the Water in Maine and are more than completely satisfied with their excellent service! Meg and Tif have always gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect rental! Highly recommend On the Water in Maine!

Absolutely wonderful! Lovely home with many amenities and very well stocked.Enjoyed the easy access to the water and the walking paths around the property. The enclosed porches were great!

House was lovely and had GREAT views. Very quiet.

Six of us each year time of kayaking adventures with watching the NBA finals. On the Water brought over a larger new TV for us to watch the finals. When we had a plumbing problem ON THE WATER was right there to fix the problems.

On-the-Water-in-Maine provided consistently excellent coordination and support throughout the renting, check-in, residency, and check-out processes. The were very responsive to questions and minor problem, and our impression is that O-T-W is focused on is guests. Overall - an excellent stay.

Our 4th year renting Head of the Harbor, and we continue to enjoy it very much. It is a beautiful property with great access to town, all accommodations were very comfortable, and the property is in very good condition.

On the water was very responsive and immediately responded when contacted regarding an setpic tank alarm.

Our Song is simply wonderful! Fully equipped with everything we needed, clean and well furnished, beautiful view, awesome new deep tub for soaking in.

Thank you for the "flooding information", and some bottled water. We used it to drink, cook, brush teeth, and sanitize the dishes after washing them. Appreciated patience of emergency person as we fumbled with lock after our 12 hour drive.

Pyne Island is such a New England gem! The house is cozy while still keeping its classic charm, with the naturally lit living room and its patios being the perfect place to relax in the early evening. The 4.5 island is great for walks, and has a fire-pit and a hammock to enjoy. And the waters around the island are full of lobster, even when throwing traps right off the dock! I'm looking forward to going back to Pyne Island again and again.

on the water has always been professional with all of the dealings of rentals but they also add their personal touch. very comfortable people to talk to.

the cottage was nice. the views of the pond right outside the doors was beautiful. even though much of our stay was cloudy, the inside of the cottage was bright because of all the window area and the openess of the interior. very serene and peaceful. already planning on returning.

The after hours hotline worked perfectly for us for something important but not an emergency.

Their places are amazingly kept. They only accept and therefore offer the finest rentals. They are Professionals at renting. Literally. 15 yrs experience doing this, and not only surviving but thriving means you are doing something right.

As always, we enjoyed working with Tiffany and everybody at On the Water in Maine.

The house and garden are beautiful. We loved the fireplace and the big table in the living room (big enough to hold large board games).

Arrangements were easy to make, and the staff was very accommodating of periodic questions and requests. I left a book behind at check-out, and they were kind enough to mail it back to me.

Our stay at the Lodge at Ducktrap for Thanksgiving was everything we had hoped for. The property is amazing and lends itself perfectly to a big family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to gather together and enjoy each others' company while taking advantage of the many wonderful features of the giant family room. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a huge Thanksgiving feast.

Working with On the Water in Maine is a dream experience. I have rented thru this agency multiple times and each experience has been 100% seamless.

Head of the Harbor is the PERFECT location for exploring Camden. I absolutely LOVE the ability to walk into and around town.
