Working with "One the Water in Maine" was effortless. Website was very easy to work through and the staff was very helpful and friendly when speaking with them on the phone. The reservation, contract, and payment was seamless. The electronic combination lock at the property made things very easy.

Absolutely love the privacy of the Bar Island Cottage. The cottage had everything we could want regarding kitchen items. Bathroom was perfectly sufficient, although a hair dryer would have been nice. Had great fun watching the tide roll in and out. The views of the water and of the night sky were outstanding! Cottage was quintessential Maine! The minute we arrived, we knew we were at the right spot, and talked about coming back.

Your agency is absolutely top-notch. I always feel like the person answering the phone remembers me and would rather do nothing else than meet our family's needs. Where do I begin? We thought Blueberry Hill was always our favorite house, but now it's unanimous: Rosemoor is perfect in every way! Such a well-stocked kitchen, such a gorgeous view, such cozy rooms , perfect access to one of the most beautiful rocky ledges. We always love walking to the river where the kids can explore and - at low tide- learn to paddle board.Whenever we happen to run into someone on the property, they are always friendly and make us feel like we're part of the family.

The website is easy to use and provides abundant information. The booking process is clear and efficient. Questions I had were pleasantly answered through email. The agency goes out of the way to assure that renters have plenty of information and that they know assistance is at the ready if needed.

Never have I stayed at a property where every possible need was better anticipated. Lincoln Lookout is comfortable and relaxed rather than luxurious and posh, but it is equipped with every necessity, including the kitchen. Furthermore, it's situated on lovely grounds with the exact right mix of landscaping and naturalization--plus an unsurpassable water view. There is nothing more my party and I could have asked for. (No, the absence of a dishwasher was not a problem.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Belfast Harbor house. Favorite features included the amazing views of the harbor, great open layout of the house, access to the water.

Deep Cove Cottages offered us the seclusion we were seeking while still allowing us to enjoy the closeness and activity of Port Clyde and Rockland. We just loved the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at Weskeag Point. The house was a perfect size for our group and the layout meant we could all hang out together or have separate spaces when needed. The jungle gym out back was a big hit with the kids. The house was clean and very well appointed. Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we required. Easy access to town, but in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely views over the river. We will definitely be back!

This was our fourth stay at Little Pines cottage. The best feature about the cottage is the location. The cottage sits right on the water with spectacular view of the mountains. The lake is perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. When not on the water, most of our time is spent on the front porch where we can enjoy the view while dining.

We all loved Primrose Cottage. The house was wonderful...such a treat! The kitchen was a pleasure to cook fabulous meals in, the dining room was big enough to accomodate all of us comfortably and w such charm, the living room again was big and comfortable and the view!!! The beds were as comfortable as our own...everyone slept so well there! It was great to sit around the fire pit overlooking water and visit together late into the evening and we had a blast playing croquet on the intentionally obstacle ridden course that my sons set up in the yard.

We loved the open floor plan downstairs and the view - the beautiful open view of the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse, sailboats and water.

North Cottage is a great house...it's obviously recently renovated with a great layout and beautiful views...the location and water views are truly awesome and kayaking and paddle boarding on Muscongus Bay was super pretty and fun...

Loon Landing is right on the water, the perfect place for a morning coffee on the deck and an kayak trip to visit with the loons and watch the sun rise or fall. The house is furnished and decorated with great care, and having a separate cabin for visitors or just doing the laundry is wonderful. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice and hope to return again and again. The tranquility was truly amazing.

We loved the ever changing panoramic view from Seafarer's cozy living room and front deck. The kitchen was really well stocked with quality cook ware so it was easy to prepare meals and enjoy the grounding vibe of the country side. The gardens are an inviting way to enter the property. Lots of windows also made for great airflow so the cottage never felt stuffy or hot. It was a little slice of Heaven on Earth.
