The property is located at the end of a half mile driveway offering uncommon privacy and no nearby neighbors. Although Christina’s Way is a little bit off the beaten path, the level of quality and comfort at the property will keep you satisfied and not wanting to leave. Lawry Pond is a relatively small, picturesque, somewhat undeveloped pond with great swimming, kayaking and fishing. The property is situated very centrally at 12 miles from scenic Camden Village and Harbor, 11 Miles from Lincolnville Beach and 10 miles from downtown Belfast and Belfast Harbor. The Fraternity Village general store is 2.5 miles away offering pizza, sandwiches, beer, wine, free Wi-Fi, groceries, DVD rentals, etc. This fabulous house is right in the middle of everything.

Winding down the driveway and coming to the parking area you are greeted by the large main house and two guest cottages. Between the cottages and main house, the landscape is dotted with lawn area, picnic tables, hammocks, a large outdoor fire pit and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. A short path leads to the water’s edge and the dock.

Enter the main house into the large open screened porch that spans the entire front of the house. The interior of screened porch includes a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, a 10 foot long dining table and a ping pong table. All rooms of the main house open to the screen porch creating the feeling of being outside even when in the house. Off the main section of the screened porch is the large open living area greeting you with stylish furnishings, a second stone fireplace and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gleaming appliances to oversee everything that is going on.

Continuing through the house and passing through the twin day bed area you enter the master bedroom with queen canopy bed and en suite bath. The master bath consists of a full sized stall shower and a separate claw foot tub. On the opposite side of the house are two more bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other a full bed. Each bedroom also has a full bath with claw foot tub/shower.

The first bunk house includes a living area, a full bath with stall shower, a full bedroom and a bedroom with twin bunks and a screened porch with table and chairs.

The second bunkhouse also includes a seating area as well as a full bath with stall shower, bedroom with full bed, a sleeping loft with two twin beds and a screened porch with table and chairs.

The entire compound is off the grid with a full solar electrical system and drinkable well water. Additional photos are available upon request.
