While this cottage does allow up to 4 people, please note, there is only one bedroom, and the idea of the 2 additional people is that they would be children who don't mind using the pullout couch.

Located at Waterman's Beach, just a few minute drive south of Rockland, the Coast Cottage is a spectacular vacation retreat. Lobster boats moor just off the beach in front of this property. Enjoy visiting the lobstermen when they come in with their fresh catch, and maybe even swing a deal to buy a few fresh lobsters and bring them back to the cottage. However, if cooking lobster isn't your thing, then the world famous Waterman’s Beach Lobster is right next door.

The Coast Cottage is for mature individuals looking to relax and enjoy the unbelievable beauty around the cottage. There is a great kitchen with all the appliances and dishware to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen dining table faces right out to the ocean. There is also a nice sitting area with a telescope just off the kitchen where you can get a closer look at what is going on out at sea.

Off the kitchen/dining area is the one and only bedroom in the cottage, where you can lay in the queen bed and stare far out to the islands of the Mussel Ridge Channel. Behind the dining area is a living room with a pull out full sized couch/bed. There is also a television with DirecTv satellite service.

A relaxing clawfoot tub completes the bathroom that is located near the back of the cottage.

This property is great for honeymooners or a small family with older children.

Boat Rentals and other amenities offered through On the Water in Maine Inc. are not available at all the properties we offer for rent. Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property.

Any Off-Season bookings may be subject to a utility rate surcharge. Off-Season stays of less than 7 nights may also be subject to a cleaning fee.
