Cowseagan is on all one level and the dwelling itself is shaped like a wing. Entering the house is the large gourmet kitchen -a chef's dream kitchen, and the open dining and living room area.

Queen bedrooms anchor either end of the property with a king sized pullout sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms are just outside the bedrooms so that guests not occupying a bedroom can easily use a bathroom without disturbing other guests. Kids can take over the open daylight basement with its own private entrance. Sleeping bags or cots can be used in this large open space.
