Continuing throughout the house, a master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath is to the right. The bath consists of a full sized stall shower and a separate jetted tub. On the opposite side of the house are two more bedrooms. One bedroom with two twin beds and the other bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. The queen bedroom enjoys ocean views. Going out into the screened sun porch there is comfortable indoor/outdoor furniture that can stay inside or go out onto the patio with the gas grill. Going upstairs, there is a suite with two twin beds, a sitting area with wet bar and a full bath with stall shower.

The neighborhood includes a right of way access to the ocean and rocky beach. Simply walk out the door, down the private drive and to the left and follow the short path to the shore. The distance to the shore from the house is approximately 400 feet.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, food processor, mixer, pots and pans and, of course, a lobster pot.
