We have named the cottage Satquin after an Abernaki Native American village located on the southwest side of the Kennebec River. It is believed Satquin was later changed to Sequin

Upon arrival at the property, you'll realize that you are in the heart of a 100 year old vacation community with other bungalows and cottages surrounding you. Click HERE to see the neighbor layout around the property. A great place to bike or walk, you'll surely want to take the one minute walk to the beach first. Arriving at the beach, you'll instantly be overwhelmed with the beauty of the area. At the mouth the Kennebec River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean, there is plenty of boat activity to watch as well. The avid fisherman will surely rush back to the car for the pole.

The house itself was finished in 2008 and is incredibly decorated with a preferred taste of those that desire the true Maine vacation property image. With a front deck and screened-in back porch, peaceful nights socializing with other neighborhood vacationers can be enjoyed.

Inside, the house has a deluxe gourmet kitchen with breakfast area, large living and dining room, and two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom, the Master, is a Queen sized bedroom with en suite bathroom. While the other bedroom is technically also the TV room, its foldout couch and en suite bathroom with laundry converts it into a queen bedroom.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that each share a stall shower bathroom. One bedroom features two twin beds and the other a queen.
