Looking out above it all and across beautiful Camden Harbor; this property is right in Camden village. This rental is the well appointed top floor of a duplex property on the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue, it is in the very desirable Sea Street part of town with shopping and restaurants just across the harbor. Next door to the property is the world-famous Camden Amphitheater Park and Library. The numerous conveniences help make this a true destination property.
Tastefully decorated throughout, this property is a great alternative to staying at a hotel or inn for the week. The layout’s open plan design gives views of the harbor and town from all the main rooms. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and an island with seating for six at the bar counter, as well as a dining table area. The large open living room includes cable TV with a DVD player, wireless internet access and comfortable couches and chairs for socializing and reminiscing about the days activities. A shared gas grill is available in the garden. There is off street parking for three cars. Air conditioning for warmer days is also a great feature.
Camden is ‘where the mountains meet the sea’ and there are numerous walking trails to suit all capabilities. The harbour offers all sorts of sea oriented activities like schooner trips, kayaking, beaching or bird watching.

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, one hand bath towel per bedroom, one bath mat towel per bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.

The property is beautiful and beautifully furnished. It has every amenity you could want, down to the binoculars to take advantage of the two fabulous decks overlooking the harbor. Those decks for morning coffee and tea were our favorite part!

Schooner View was wonderful! Well furnished, spacious and very well equipped, with a great view of Camden harbour. The owners had clearly thought hard about their guests. The only thing we couldn't find in the kitchen was the equipment with which to eat lobster (although there is a recipe for cooking lobster in the apartment)!

Schooner View was gorgeous! It is located very close (less than five minute walk) to town. The view was amazing. I expected for the property to be nice based on the photos. But I must say it exceeded my expectations in a big way! The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon cocktail and snack. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked! There were tons of kitchen gadgets, plates, cups, serving dishes, etc.

We loved most things about this property, especially the well-equipped kitchen (although a few more cups/mugs than 6 would have been handy) the comfortable furnishings and the view. The only disappointment was the lack of closet space in the second bedroom. A cupboard or a second set of drawers instead of a work desk would have been much more useful.

We had a delightful stay at the Schooner View property in Camden. The property was extremely well-maintained. It appeared that prior guests, as well as ourselves, honored your request to remove their shoes before going up the stairs.
Location, location, location! View was spectacular. Easy walk to the village. Quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds and living room furniture (perfect for a little nap). Well-equipped kitchen. Loved the microwave of all things and the gas stove.
