Star Gazer is a classic Megunticook Lake camp with mountain views and great lake frontage. With 4 total bedrooms and 2 and a half baths there is room for 7 guests.

Enjoy days of sunshine, swimming and boating from the dock and waterside patio or sit around the fire pit at night and talk about the days events or tomorrows plans.

Entering the main cottage, you are greeted by the open living area with TV and DVD and basic cable, dining area, lake views through plenty of windows and screened doors to the deck. Cooking almost any meal won’t be a problem in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill. The remainder of the main cottage is comprised of 3 guest rooms, 1 full bath with tub and shower and a half bath. Guest room 1 has a queen bed and water views looking out to the lake. Guest room 2 has a single twin bed and guest room 3 has 2 twin bunks that are great for younger members of your party. Just a few short steps from the main cottage is the guest house with 2 twin beds and a full bath with stall shower.

The property is just 3 miles from Camden Harbor and the village, local restaurants, galleries, shopping and schooner trips on Penobscot Bay. Camden Hills State Park is also nearby with 30 miles of hiking trails. The nearby cities of Rockland and Belfast also offer numerous activities.
