This is truly the way a Maine vacation should be. This wonderful bright and sunny 4 bedroom cottage with incredible views of Penobscot Bay offers a private sandy beach perfect for a lobster/clam bake,and a great yard for playing games. You can easily walk to the abutting town park, grocery store, shopping, cafes, museum and you are just 2.5 miles from Moose Point State Park. Acadia National Park is about 1.5 hours away, Belfast, is 10 minutes and Camden/Rockland 30-45 minutes. This cottage is nicely equipped to ensure a relaxing vacation.

BEACH CLASSIFICATION: We have categorized this property as having or being near a sandy beach. More specifically for this property - As a part of the property there is a small sandy beach at the end of the yard. The beach is great for kids, swimming and relaxing. It abuts a public beach and some visitors may also be seen along the shore.

BOATS INCLUDED? None, however our affiliate company Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. will rent and deliver/pick-up the following boats at the property : Touring Kayaks.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Not required, accidental damages are covered under the Damage Waiver Plan included with rental of the cottage. Guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental/unreported damage.
