Perched overlooking the head of Penobscot Bay, Pausa LesCua (Basque for "The Hearts Rest") has great beach frontage and comfortable accommodations. An absolutely wonderful spot to spend your summer vacation. Enjoy the neighborhood shared sandy beach only steps away from the house. This four bedroom cottage includes everything you need to make your vacation one to remember for years. Enjoy the warmth of the working fireplace in the evening and a sea breeze by day from the deck. This is an older home with casual and comfortable decor.
From the modest yard go down the flight of stairs to the slightly sloping sandy beach providing a gentle entry to the waters edge for all ages to enjoy. A shared open green space on Sandy Point several acres in size is also available for kids to play or to take a walk.
Nearby Bucksport, Searsport and Belfast offer cultural amenities with dining, shopping and sightseeing. This area of Maine is a great launchpad for day trips to Acadia National Park 1 hour to the north or Belfast, Camden and Rockland between 20 and 50 minutes to the south and numerous other interesting escapes along the way.

OFF-SEASON PRICING: Pricing for rentals that occur in the advertised Off Seasons (5/1/13 - 6/15/13 & 9/7/13 - 12/31/13) for this property are based on 4 people. Additional people, up to the maximum allowed for the property, will be charged an additional $150 per person - per week if a rental occurs in these time-periods. Guest must select this option during the reservation process.
