The expansive living room and dining area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light is a great spot for everyone to gather and plan the days activities, relax after a hike or sail, or organize a feast at the large dining table. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, one hand bath towel per bedroom, one bath mat towel per bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.

Just steps from public boat launch that is a gem of it's own with gorgeous views of boats and great place to sit and watch activity and sunset in early evenings. For the adventurous, the Mt. Battie trailhead is a 15min walk from the property.

Our house was perfect for us (a couple), and would be well suited for a single family with maybe two children, but no more than that. We wished there was another bathroom, but understand that in these charming older homes, often there is only one. King bed was super comfortable with nice quality linens. The kitchen appeared to be well appointed, but we did not cook during our stay. Super nice hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The wicker chair in the living room was very nice looking, but VERY uncomfortable while sitting in it for anything more than a half hour or so. New, more supportive cushions would be a nice consideration. The burlap drapes are a nice rustic touch, but some blinds or shades for privacy would be a great addition, especially on the front door. The heat and air conditioning worked perfectly as did all other appliances. Excellent property for the price!
