The expansive living room and dining area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light is a great spot for everyone to gather and plan the days activities, relax after a hike or sail, or organize a feast at the large dining table. BOATS INCLUDED? None, however our Maine Sport in neighboring Rockport will deliver kayaks. You can launch them 300 feet away at the public boat launch ramp.
