This historical Maine home, located just a street up from Rockport Harbor with great harbor views, a 2nd floor balcony, large grassy yard and large entertaining/leisure spaces such as the dining room and living room, offers an opportunity for a great vacation experience in Midcoast Maine.
Rockport Harbor Breeze was renovated in 2013/2014 and is conveniently located to all that the Camden and Rockport areas have to offer. Small and beautiful Rockport is on the west side of Penobscot Bay, between Rockland and Camden. Fifty years ago, Rockport was home to lobstermen and fishermen who built their weirs in the harbor, but today the harbor is mainly for pleasure boats (although there are still several lobsterman).
If you like to take walks, follow Beauchamp Point Rd from the cottage where there are public access points to the rocky shore overlooking the harbor. Enjoy walking past large estates owned by some of today`s most elite business people.

On The Water In Maine is the most professional agency I've ever rented from. Nothing is left to chance - they take care of everything. When Hurricane Matthew was threatening the coast last week we even received two weather reports from them letting us know our property wouldn't be affected. Their entry and driving directions are exact and easy to follow. When we couldn't figure out how to use the television, Justin was there immediately to show us what to do.
This is the most user-friendly house I've ever rented. Having two different sleeping levels with a loft space for the kitchen, dining area and living room makes it perfect for two families or two couples. There was ample parking, plenty of closet space and everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. The beds were very comfortable.

The agency and people working there were top notch
We loved the house and its proximity to Camden and Rockland. The best was the Rockport Harbor easy walk to a beautiful and peaceful harbor. Beds were comfy and the owners have covered all the bases. They definitely could use a better coffee pot. Everything else. Perfect

Our experience with On the Water in Maine was entirely positive. On the one occasion when help was needed, Justin was there and solved our problem within minutes.
The contemporary interior was fresh, attractive, spacious, and tastefully done. The harbor view from the living/dining area and from the balcony were especially attractive features.

Very easy to work with - we had trouble getting WiFi to work and the agency sent someone right over to help.
Very nice property - a lot of light and great view of the harbor.
