The Longwood by the Sea is a private and unique ocean front wedding property located on 21 acres in Northport, just north of Camden and south of Belfast. Able to support 300 guests, this property is perched on the ocean and has spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and is currently one of only two private wedding locations right on the ocean in Midcoast Maine that is available for a couple to set up and design as their own wedding location. This property will easily meet any dream you have had of a waterfront wedding. Over 50 vacation properties are located within a mile of this wedding location offering ample opportunities for guest accommodations.

The The Ducktrap Retreat is a private and unique ocean view wedding property located on 35 acres in Lincolnville, just north of Camden and south of Belfast. Able to support 150 guests, this property is perched near the ocean and has spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and is currently one of only two private wedding locations right on the ocean in Midcoast Maine that is available for a couple to set up and design as their own wedding location.

The Bayberry & Eagle Watch Properties combined (please click on the link to this page to the left to learn more about this private property in Cushing south of Rockland). Able to support 150 guests, this property is perched near the ocean and has spectacular views and is currently the only two private homes in Midcoast Maine offered for larger scale weddings.
