This cottage was completely renovated in 2021 with modern conveniences including air conditioning in the master queen bedroom and living room and all new furnishings. The home offers one level living and easy access to Seven Tree Pond. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine while listening to the 'call of the loons' as the sun goes down. 

The Badger restuaraunt is nearby as well as a grocery store for steaks or burgers for the grill. We encourage guests to check out Beth's Farm Market to load up on fresh fruits and vegetables. They also sell oysters, live lobster, and the best corn on the cob we have ever tasted.

Rent this beautiful, newly updated cottage in Union and experience all the wonderful things that Seven Tree Pond offers! The private dirt road to access the property is a half mile long which is great for morning walks. Guests can swim, kayak, and also fish from the dock with a valid fishing license.

This fresh 3 bedroom home provides space for up to 6 guests. There's a good chance you might unload the car and not want to leave the property. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation. Don't forget ingredigents for smores over the firepit and of course your bathing suit!

BOATS INCLUDED? Yes, two kayaks and a paddleboat are included. Renters use at their own risk. There are life jackets provided, but guests should bring any needed for small children as those are not provided. No one under the age of 16 is allowed in watercraft by Maine Law without a life jacket.
Additionally, our affiliate company Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. will rent and deliver/pick-up one of the following boats at the property - 19' foot 2019 Bayliner Ski Boat or 2020 Tracker Fishing/Ski Boat - both with 115hp motors. Click HERE to view pricing and to reserve a boat through us. Rental of the boat includes water skis, a tube, kneeboard, and wakeboard.  You must meet Maine Watercraft Rentals criteria for renting boats. 

FISHING TRIPS: This is a great property to go fishing from. Maine Guide Mike Kinney can take Guests fishing and will pick them up right at the dock in his boat. LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.

Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy could include infants and children.

Amenities offered through On the Water in Maine Inc. are not available at all the properties we offer for rent. Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property.
