BOATS INCLUDED? None, however, SUP & Kayak Rentals are available in Port Clyde at Port Clyde Kayaks 20 minutes south, or from Maine Sport, 20 minutes north in Rockport. Both deliver to the property. Sometimes, if the order is big, Ducktrap Kayaks will deliver as well to this property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Yes, guests are required to pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit

Linens & Bath Towels: Yes, one set of bed linens and one bath towel set are included for each guest (beds are made up prior to guest arrival).
Cleaning: The property will be professionally cleaned before and after the rental. Above normal cleaning charges will be billed to guest at current hourly rate.

Coffee Makers: Standard drip coffee machine with filters, grinder available
