Built in 1905 as Bayside's general store and converted into a cottage in 1981, A.C. Hopkins is now considered one of the prime rental properties in Bayside. Inside, you're greeted by comfortable furnishings, original artwork, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bath. Out back, a screen door opens onto a cozy deck with seating, a small table, and a gas grill, all facing the ocean with wonderful water views and a front-row seat to Bayside's summer activity.

The second floor offers two bright, comfortable queen bedrooms, one with beautiful water views. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath with a large tiled shower, and a shared bathroom with a tiled stall shower and laundry serves the second queen. Up on the third floor, two cozy bedrooms with skylights make a perfect hideaway for kids. With plenty of room in a lovely summer setting, A.C. Hopkins has been a crowd pleaser year after year.
