This huge sun-filled room filled has a lot of seating which also joins to the large back deck for entertaining and evening meals together.
The cape includes two queen bedrooms on either side of the upstairs both with en suite bathrooms. As you enter into one of the suites you will find an entry room that has a trundle bed and the washer and dryer which is great for a couple and smaller children to be in the same relative space. The primary queen bedroom and full bathroom are also on this level. Up the stairs from the living room you will find a queen bedroom and bedroom with two twins and a full-sized shower hall bathroom.
There is also a full basement where the washer & dryer are located. There is an exercise area and game room with a ping pong table for something to do on rainy days. Outside is a nice quiet yard with plenty of space. You can also take a walk along a private path that runs along the back side of the property next to a running stream.
The back yard is fenced in with a fire pit. There is a gate on the back side of this property that leads you out to a walking/nature trail that borders a brook.
This house has you nestled in to the "woods" feeling but also within 5 minutes of being right in the heart of downtown Camden where you will find lots of shops cafes a small grocery store and so much more!
