Unwind in Camden at this lovely, quiet compound on a dead-end street, with a running stream in the backyard and a private walking trail to explore. Woodcrest Compound brings together Woodcrest House and Woodcrest Cottage, which sit across a shared driveway, so your whole group can spread out across two comfortable homes.

The Main House: The main level of this spacious cape has a wonderful eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a large Smart TV, and a formal living room, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy different activities at once. Off the sitting room is a full bath with a shower stall, which leads into the garden room. This huge, sun-filled room has lots of seating and opens onto the large back deck, perfect for entertaining and evening meals together.

Upstairs, two queen bedrooms sit on either side of the house, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One suite has an entry room with a trundle bed and the washer and dryer, which is great for a couple with small children who want to stay close. The living room's sleeper sofa offers space for an extra guest if needed.

The fenced backyard has a fire pit, and a gate at the back leads to a private walking and nature trail along a brook.

The Cottage: Woodcrest Cottage is a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house tucked into a peaceful neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Camden. It's sunny and bright, with lots of natural light streaming through the windows.

The main level has a living room with a large Smart TV, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice meal, and the primary queen bedroom with a full bathroom nearby. Upstairs, you'll find a second queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, and a full shared bathroom with a shower. The full basement holds the washer and dryer, plus an exercise area and a game room with a ping pong table for rainy days.

Outside, there's a quiet yard with plenty of space, and a private path runs along the back of the property beside a running stream.

You're tucked into the woods here, yet just 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Camden, with its shops, cafes, a small grocery store, and an amazing cupcake shop for your sweet tooth. Sit by the harbor and watch the schooners set sail, or stroll through the park on a warm summer evening.

Laite Beach and the Camden waterfront are just minutes away. Kayak and SUP rentals are available from Maine Sport Outfitters in Rockport and Ducktrap Kayak & SUP in Lincolnville, both of which can deliver.
