This quintessential Maine four-bedroom, well-appointed home is perfect for a couple or family looking to get away and enjoy a stay in Midcoast Maine. The idyllic neighborhood setting and stylish cottage decor provide a great Maine coast retreat close to dining, shopping and sightseeing. This home is located right off Rockport Harbor with second floor harbor views and only 1/4 mile from the public dock and beach. 

Situated at the head of Rockport Harbor, this property is conveniently located to all that Camden/Rockport area has to offer. Small and beautiful Rockport is on the west side of Penobscot Bay, between Rockland and Camden. Fifty years ago, Rockport was home to lobstermen and fishermen who built their weirs in the harbor, but today the harbor is mainly for pleasure boats. Launch a kayak from the dock in the harbor nearby and paddle the harbor, keeping a watchful eye out for harbor seals.  

As you arrive at the property, there is off street parking enough for 2 cars and 2 more on the street if needed. Walking into the house there is a spaciously living room with a large flat screen Smart TV with Apple TV. There are three bedroom in the lower level: King, a room with two twins and another with twin bunk beds. There is a full hallway bathroom shared by the three bedrooms. Up the stairs, you will find an open concept living/dining room with a wonderfully updated kitchen. On the other side of this main level, there is a queen bedroom and full bathroom accessible from the hallway or bedroom. Up another level of stairs, you will find a king suite perched above the trees with its own private balcony. The separated levels of this home provide peace and quiet for all enjoying the home, as well as, ample space on the main level to gather during meal time. 


 

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels.  Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen.  Additional bath towels can be rented.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.

Boat Rentals through Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. are offered Sunday morning to Friday after 4pm and include free delivery to the property.
