We had a great special that ended 12/31/09 where you could put only 25% down to book your vacation property. This special was aggressively promoted and advertised. We typically run our only specials each year around the holidays as an incentive for early bookings. Something to be aware of in the future.
Because our properties are in such great demand and already value priced competitively, we typically don't offer any rate reductions. Last year, in a poor economy, all our properties rented all weeks. However, if you are coming for multiple weeks, please inquire for a multiple week discount. It never hurts to ask for deal.
