We love the casual environment, the overall comfort of the house and the access to the lake. Six perfect days of weather enabled us to enjoy the lake, the Maine coast and loads of lobster and crab. Three generations of our family visited Lake Megunticook to celebrate several milestone birthdays. We had a fabulous week enjoying the home we rented, the flora and fauna of the lake and all the water activities, hiking nearby, the surrounding towns for excellent food, shopping, antiquing, crafts and fun experiences together. The house was perfect for us with ample space, perfect amenities and a warm, cozy environment for us to make lasting memories. We look forward to returning to Maine again!

Absolutely the best view of the lake. Killer sunsets, covered and shaded outdoor seating, lawn big enough for croquet or dawn yoga for the whole family and friends!
