This quintessential Maine beach cottage has been completely renovated (Spring of 2021) with a granite topped kitchen and eating island, new custom bathroom with washer/dryer and all new cottage furnishing. The cottage is in an incredible location situated at the southern end of Crescent Beach near Treasure Island with amazing views and sandy beach steps away. Sit back and relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the beach and lobster boats working out front ir enjoy the flat yard for outdoor games, watching seagulls hunt for food or take a paddle in a kayak right from the house.
Inside, the cottage is well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a great vacation. The bathroom and bedrooms are all recently updated with new cottage furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops.

BOATS INCLUDED? None, however, SUP & Kayak Rentals are available in Port Clyde at Port Clyde Kayaks 20 minutes south, or from Maine Sport, 20 minutes north in Rockport. Both deliver to the property. Sometimes, if the order is big, Ducktrap Kayaks will deliver as well to this property.
Security Deposit: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.
