Classic 1850's townhouse in fabulous location in Rockport Village, overlooking Rockport Harbor. The townhouse features three bedrooms plus a common room, 1 full bath (tub/shower) and 1 powder room, a large eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room with a Smart TV, and a large outside deck overlooking Rockport Harbor. Washer and dryer on the second bedroom level. On street parking is also readily available, but on a first come first serve basis.

The townhouse is located less than 200 yards from Rockport Harbor Park, which offers stunning ocean views. The inner harbor is dotted with working lobster boats, the iconic Schooner Heron, and sleek private sailboats. It is also home to Goody’s Beach, a small sandy beach which is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The park also has public bathrooms; lawns with picnic tables, barbecues and benches; historic landmark lime kiln ruins; a foot bridge and walking paths; and a boat launch. Just across the bridge from the harbor is the peacefully wild Cramer Park, which is perched on the bank of the Goose River. The townhouse is also located just four blocks from Beauchamp Point, a gorgeous 3 mile loop which is perfect for walking, cycling or sunbathing and swimming off "the Rocks". The townhouse's is just one block away from two popular restaurants, Nina June and 18 Central Oyster Bar & Grill; Seafolk Café, a charming coffee shop; and Freya’s Ice Cream. The Graffam Brothers' Fish Store and take-out shack and Rayr, the wine shop and cheese store, are also just a short walk away, as are the Rockport Opera House and Rockport Public Library. The house is also close to the Union Street bike path which runs past the Penobscot Bay YMCA, one of the nicest Ys in the country, and connects Rockport to nearby Camden. 
 

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels.  Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen.  Additional bath towels can be rented.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.
