Accessed by a newly constructed private road meandering toward the ocean, this six acre land parcel has just over 450 feet of accessible south-facing waterfront of Penobscot Bay! Seaside Cottages- THE BIRDS consists of four separate cottages that can be rented individually for small groups or all together for larger family / friend groups! 

These cottages are situated for easy day trips north to Lincolnville Town Center, Belfast or Acadia, or south into Camden. You also don't need to travel anywhere because the peace and tranquilly of the view and your surroundings while enjoying a cocktail or a book from the couch is enough of a vacation!

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels.  Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen.  Additional VIP bath towels can be rented.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Yes, a $250 Refundable Security Deposit is required by the owner. The security deposit is due 90 Days prior to arrival and refunded within 30 days after a successful departure.
