At the corner of Sea Street and Atlantic Avenue, the property is only 300 feet from the edge of Camden Village, the library, harbor park, and has a spectacular view of Camden Harbor from the upper floor.
Access to the property is through 3 different entry doors, including a lower deck that faces the harbor. There are two full gourmet kitchens and living rooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Furnished with a European decor, this property is very clean and comfortable. A great home-base for your Maine vacation.

BOATS INCLUDED? None, however our Maine Sport in neighboring Rockport will deliver kayaks. You can launch them 1/4 mile away at the public boat launch ramp.
LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Yes, a $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required by the owner. The security deposit is due 90 Days prior to arrival and refunded within 30 days after a successful departure.

Very very easy. We only booked a couple of weeks before our stay (as we cancelled a trip to Greece) and we all feel so lucky to have the wonderful house on Sea Street.

The location was amazing and so convenient. we had an 18 month old and 3 yr. old so was great to be so close to Main street but yet quietly above the beautiful, amazing, busy, interesting Harbor. We loved the amazingly well equipped kitchen kitchen in the upper unit that we never even used the downstairs kitchen. Having both units was the best so daughter with kids had upper bedrooms and the remaining 4 of us could quietly sleep down.

This property was perfect for our group of 5, giving us privacy and spacious living/ dining space for group activities. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to downtown and the harbor
The home is comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen was spacious. This property is actually a duplex and we rented the entire house, but it would easily accommodate two smaller groups with complete autonomy. I would recommend this location for those spending time along the central coast.
