This newer log home, situated on the banks of the Megunticook River, is a luxurious vacation getaway in one of Maine's most desirable seaside communities. The home includes a custom-designed gourmet kitchen, a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, a screened porch and deck, and a large, well-landscaped, fenced yard.
There are three comfortable bedrooms on the first level, including a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and a king bed. On the second level, there is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, with a full-tiled shower hall bathroom to share. Between the two bedrooms is a living room with a balcony overlooking the living room, featuring a twin daybed and a trundle set for two children. The property has a private dock on the river with great swimming; however, there is no beach area for small children to wade into the water.
Enjoy the screened-in porch for a meal or late night card game after a long, relaxing day of activies.
Camden Village is also only a short drive where you can find many restaurants on the harbor, shopping, siteseeing or a picnic in the park.

BOATS INCLUDED? None, however our affiliate company Maine Watercraft Rentals Inc. will rent and deliver/pick-up one of the following boats at the property- 21' 2024 Tahoe Ski Boat, 19' foot 2022 Suntracker Pontoon Boat w/ 90hp or 2020 Lowe Fishing/Ski Boat - both with 150hp motors Rental of the boat includes water skis, a tube, kneeboard, and wakeboard. You must meet Maine Watercraft Rentals criteria for renting boats. Click HERE to view pricing and to reserve a boat through us.
If you are looking to rent kayaks or stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), Maine Sport or Ducktrap Kayaks offer those and can deliver them to the Property.
LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and washcloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
OFF-SEASON PRICING: In order to make some of our larger properties more attractive to smaller groups in the Off-Season, we've created a Custom Pricing Option. Pricing for rentals that occur in the advertised Off Season (mid-September through mid-June) for this property are based on 4 people. Additional people, up to the maximum allowed for the property, will be charged an additional $200 per person - per week if a rental occurs in these time-periods. Guest must select this option during the reservation process.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Yes, a $250 Refundable Security Deposit is required by the owner. The security deposit is due 90 Days prior to arrival and refunded within 30 days after a successful departure.

Cleaning: The property will be professionally cleaned before and after the rental with the cleaning fee. Above normal cleaning charges will be billed to guest at current hourly rate.
