Main Cottage 1st Floor: Kitchen, Dining/Living Area, Queen Bedroom, Full Bathroom with stall shower
Main Cottage 2nd Floor: King Bedroom with soaking tub/shower handheld, separate toilet room
Guest Cottage - King Bedroom and Full Bathroom with stall shower, mini fridge
DOGS PERMITTED? Yes, Dogs are permitted at this property, but must first meet our pet guidelines and get prior approval.
Well-built cottage under the spruce trees and nestled along the St. George River, the views from Hunker Down are spectacular and panoramic. This is a great pair of cottages (Yes! Both cottages are included) perfect for two couples that want privacy, or a small family getaway. Surrounded by trees and gardens, this property is a great spot to, watch lobster fishermen, or take in your favorite book.
The comfortable space includes a kitchen, living/dining area with views of the river, and surrounding woods on the first floor. There is a queen bedroom with adjoining full bath with stall shower that can also be accessed from the hall. Up the wooden stairs you will find an elevated king platform bed that will make you feel like you are in a ship at sea with the water view.
The cozy guest house, just steps away, is complete with a living area, small refrigerator, and full bathroom on the first floor. Enjoy your morning coffee from the front yard and listen to the birds and boats pass by.
The open, flat yard leads directly to your dock in front of the cottage. Kayaking or boating is easy right from the dock, if you want to bring a boat down or you can just sit and enjoy the view and birds with a glass of wine. Or attempt some fishing!
Nap in the hammock, play cards on the deck, or enjoy the fire pit by the water's edge and toast up some s'mores while you watch the sunset in your private paradise.

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and washcloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.
