After a day of sailing on Penobscot Bay, hiking, dining, shopping in downtown Camden, Belfast, Rockland or simply exploring any part of Midcoast Maine, come home and relax on the large open deck facing the water for evening cocktails.
The house is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and quality amenities. This is really a unique and wonderful vacation home.

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property

We have rented with you for several years in a row and most of our children and their families love it as do we. The views at Camden Casa are lovely and so relaxing as is listening to the waves and changing tides, watching all the sail and lobster boats and the water fowl and ospreys. The house is very comfortable and has everything we needed.

This home was great. The porch views, the ability to get down and beach comb, go walking up the road and bird watch, the amenities, bathrooms, bedrooms,and all were wonderful. The water directly from the taps was so good too. The location close to town is ideal.

Our experience in working with On the Water in Maine was very positive. They were always helpful and friendly. We knew that they were available should we need them (we rarely did) but they never bothered us. We felt like it was our own little paradise for two weeks. We would use them again!
I thought their contract was very through and fair to both parties. The notebook provided with the house was clear and helpful. If I were lucky enough to have a place in Camden that I wanted to share with others, I would definitely work through On the Water With Maine.

Our stay at Camden Casa was most relaxing and enjoyable! What a memorable spot for a sisters' reunion and birthday celebration. The setting above the rocky beach could hardly be more beautiful, with windows all across the back of the house through which one could enjoy the view. The tides were constantly changing as were the colors of the water and sky. The sunlight sparkling on the water was beautiful... a great spot for photography! We also enjoyed the sounds of the waves, birds, and the bell out on the water. Very peaceful! Also had a nicely landscaped, well maintained yard.
The house itself is well arranged, comfortable, and amazingly well stocked. We lacked for nothing when cooking there. Of course, there are many great restaurants nearby as well. Camden has a small but very high quality farmers' market, which we were happy to find open in September.
We enjoyed sitting out on the deck whenever it was warm enough. (Never saw one mosquito!)
All in all, I'd definitely recommend Camden Casa to a friend! Thank you for sharing with these water deprived Mid-Westerners!

The Camden Casa property is exceptional. I felt a wonderful spirit in that house and I loved the books! Wonderful books! They tell a lot about the history of the house. I can't come up with the favorite feature(s) of this property. It is a super place in every way really. The view could not be better (love the little island out there, we Texans loved watching the tide come and go and the ships/boats going to and from Camden Harbor), the kitchen had everything (I don't cook at home but I cooked there) including fine appliances, the Master Bedroom/Bath could not be better with its furnishings and view. The furnishings of the whole property excel any we have ever encountered and that's been a lot of places and loved the seclusion of the property. We had said this would be out last trip to Camden (this was our fifth) but I would so like to share it with a cousin and niece and their spouses. We'd have to draw for the Master Suite! And, I said somewhere that I'm sure those swivel blue chairs will wear out first. A wonderful place to enjoy the view and fall asleep. In looking for glass coasters the first evening, I came across a piece of china that I collect (Herand). It was unwrapped and upside down back in a drawer with coasters and cards. I would be interested in buying that piece ($40). I wrapped it in two paper towels and taped it really well. I couldn't stand that beautiful piece not being cared for. Enjoyed meeting Ben when he came to "fix" the TV for us. He was very nice to get it going before the Cowboy game! Camden Casa is perfect. Thelma Shiller
