OTW staff and website are very user friendly.

Hobbs Pond is simply wonderful. The open layout of the main floor worked well for 7 of us. The beds were comfortable.

When you contact them personally they are very responsive.

This is our 4th stay at Juniper Bank, so obviously we really love this property and it's location. We love the view, especially from the upstairs living room, and look forward each morning to the departing lobsterman in their boats.

The best location in Port Clyde. Close to town, but a great sense of privacy. Quiet. Magnificent landscaping. Wonderful wrap around porch. Great kitchen. Terrific spot for kids-- huge lawn, and walking distance to ice cream! We had a spectacular time and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Aside from the great view, the big plus to this property is having furniture (both inside and out), that is very comfortable. After staying in the mid-coast area for a number of years, we have found comfortable furniture to be somewhat hard to come by. (Alot of places in this price range seem to be furnished with hand-me-down furniture that is long past its prime). Lincoln Lookout is a welcome exception.

The Sunfish Cottage was a nice location. The lake was extremely clean and clear. My son dropped his phone in the lake by the swim dock and was actually able to find it. That is how clean it is. The fishing was excellent.

The people at On the Water in Maine that I dealt with through out the renting process were friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was kept informed from the min I reserved the cottage until it was time for us to get there. The instructions were clear on what we needed to do and we had no issues.

This was a great place to stay, we rented two other houses, not through on the water and they were horrible. The third time was the charm and this house met all of our expectations for a cottage right on the lake which was the best feature. Being at the end of the lake in a quiet cove was just perfect.

Perfectly lovely location and views. The master bedroom and bath were great. We also enjoyed the piano, the hot tub and access to the beach.

We had our second, lovely stay at Rosehill Cottage. The house is comfortable and charming and works well for a family of four. The deck is one of our favorite features and we really appreciated the new outdoor table and chairs, allowing us to eat outside each night. The yard is gorgeous with the meadow and wildflowers and our kids spent hours playing frisbee and catch outside. The nearby crescent beach is a treasure and keeps us coming back to Owls Head each year.

As always, working with On the Water in Maine was so simple, straight forward, efficient and the staff friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying at A Stone's Throw and it was simply wonderful. The house was comfortable and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The large yard was great for the kids to run and play. We loved swimmimg on the pebble beach at high tide. The porch and Rockland harbour views were the very best part.

Having rented through the 'giant' vacation rental websites before, we were so much happier and pleased with the personal, one-on-one approach with On The Water. I was struck with the levels and thoroughness of communication. The staff were always friendly and truly glad to be of service.

Our stay at Cannes Beach Cottage was the highlight of our year. It was a beautiful location, clean as a "pin", well "outfitted" for all our needs. We were dumbstruck at the windows overlooking the water, island and beach/harbor. The shade trees all around helped reduce the glare and heat. We loved the furnishings - ample and spotless. Having two eating areas was a plus. Everything was fantastic.
