On the Water in Maine was very professional and easy to work with from booking the home to checking in and out. We hope to explore more of Maine and would use On The Water again.

We absolutely loved Renascence!! It was so inviting and comfortable for our family. The house is beautiful and well appointed so we felt right at home. I personally enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch swing. The location was perfect located on a quiet street, but not too far from town we walked there most days.

We have worked with other agencies and have ALWAYS been disappointed. On the Water in Maine is an amazing company. The communication is always there. We even got weather alerts when there was an approaching thunder storm. Any question I had they were there to answer immediately. I wanted to send my wife flowers and they helped me line it up and she was so surprised when she walked in and saw them sitting on the counter waiting for her after a long drive from Massachusetts.

I cannot say enough about Waters Edge. The entire experience was first class. The location is perfect for families with children. The kids loved exploring the ocean for all the ocean creatures. We even saw harbor seals! The driveway is perfect size for the kids to ride their bikes. We were all able to have our own 'space', but be together at the same time and give the kids the independence they cherish. The sun porch was our nightly retreat after the kids went to bed. So relaxing! We can't wait till next year!

We stayed at the Captain's Cottage in Camden from July 9-16th. Very nice cottage that was clean and close to downtown. Love the large master bedroom and cozy, comfortable main floor. Cottage was clean and yard well taken care of. Even though we went at a very busy time, we did not have to wait for service at stores, for dining or at the harbor. Beautiful town, great food and people were extremely kind everywhere we went! Highly recommend this area!

We loved Seagate Cottage. The screened in porch quickly became our favorite spot to lounge, read, and watch the river. The house itself was very well-appointed and comfortable.

the property was absolutely beautiful! we enjoyed the lake, the fire pit, the patio, the kitchen, the fireplace, etc! it was the perfect location for our family. we spent multiple days just enjoying the property.

I worked with Meg in selecting Nokomis. She is a delight, and was so helpful. The paperwork and communications throughout were spot on and timely. The check in and check out went flawlessly. You really have it all down pat!

We just loved our stay at Nokomis Cottage. It is the nicest rental property we have stayed in. Every convenience was at our finger tips. The kitchen is so well equipped, and we were so happy about having the lobster pot and crackers for our use. It didn't feel like we were in a vacation rental. It felt like we were in someone's well decorated, well appointed and loved home. Everything was so comfortable--the furnishings and beds, etc. We spent hours and hours on the deck, dining, relaxing and eating our meals. Loved the Adirondack chairs and the fire pit and enjoyed low tide walks on the beach. Now for my favorite thing: THE VIEW!!!! From every room and the private secluded lot! I felt it hard to concentrate on my book as I just wanted to look at the beautiful view. Love, love, love Nokomis--I cried when I left (I know, but it did bring tears to my eyes) We will go again. It was perfect!

The cabin was well stocked with everything we could need. We especially liked all of the pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen, as well as the indoor and outdoor games!

We loved our time at the Chestnut Cottage. Our favorite part of the house was its location near the center of town.

On the Water in Maine Inc. is a professional company. They emailed often with all the detailed information we'd need to be able to settle into the property once there. They provided excellent directions, supermarket location, boating and water sports information, etc. They were always quick to answer any questions or needs.

This cottage is a dream. Its location is beyond beautiful. It has the ocean in the back, a brook on the right side of the property that empties out into the ocean, majestic trees all around, and lovely landscaping. It is decorated inside with an ocean theme and the furniture is very comfortable. We felt right at home. It has a large living room area with cathedral ceilings, perfect for the 7 of us. Nice kitchen. Beautifully decorated bedrooms. It has gorgeous outdoor seating areas. The wood deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. We loved to walk down the outdoors stairs that lead out to the rocks and sit on them to watch the smaller islands and the amazing view of the rocky coast. I can't say enough of this property. We could not ask for more. We fell in love with Sea Cliff Cottage.

Awesome access to the beach and ocean. Great state park around the corner. Fresh lobster very near by to purchase. Loved the wifi! House was well stocked on necessary items.

We stayed at On The Water in Maine rental properties six or seven times over the past 8 years. It's always stellar service. For example, we had a mechanical issue with our rental boat this year. They had a mechanic on the pier within 45 min of my call. The boat needed to be taken to his shop for repairs. It was repaired and back at the pier before I woke up at 7 AM next morning. Amazing! Justin is on top of every detail and is at your service when needed. I wish there were rental agencies like On the Water in Maine at the other vacation areas we visit. Do yourself a favor and rent with them. They are experts and take the hassle out of renting a vacation home. We will use their services again without a doubt.

Stayed at Maitri House for one week in July 2016. It's great. Plenty of room and a very nice home. There are 2 bunk beds in one room, two queen beds each with a respective room (one of which has its own bathroom) and a master bedroom with a queen or king and a day bed. Large spacious living area and kitchen. Screened in porch and gameroom with table tennis and magnetic darts. Large deck overlooks the lake (deck needs refurbishing as it is very, very slippery when wet and prone to dispense splinters when dry). The lake is crystal clear with loons. There are very few homes on much of the lake and the shore is pine trees and rocky outcrops to the waters edge. Lake is great for kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, waterskiing, etc. There is a picnic area and walking trails on one part of the lake. Private location. Yet, only 5 min drive to Camden's shops and restaurants and you do not battle traffic getting into Camden coming from the West (unlike from the North or South). I would stay at this property again without hesitation. **ON THE WATER IN MAINE STAFF: The deck has been power washed to improve traction for the rental season 2017.

On the water in Maine was very thorough from the time we made our reservations to when we checked out.

Blue Glass Cottage was wonderfully kept and beautifully decorated. A vase of fresh flowers was a simple yet fabulous touch! The kitchen had everything we needed, which is a huge plus for a family that cooks!

Excellent! Very accommodating. Arrived during terrible thunderstorms and unusually cold temps. Justin sprang into action and got us two heaters for the guest cabin and boat house. Much appreciated!

Wonderful summer cabin on peaceful lake. Plenty of room for two families. Loved the Outdoor shower, indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit and float.

We love staying at Washed Ashore. It had everything we needed and more. Love the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the outdoor steamer for lobsters is the best!

As always, everything went easily and smoothly. There might be a better agency somewhere, but we doubt it. We have never come across a team that is as well organized, efficient and friendly. It is a great pleasure to have worked with you for five seasons, and we would not dream of trying anyone else.

Candy's Cove is a comfortable, welcoming place with outstanding views. All our friends felt comfortable and happy, and we did, too.

Everyone at the agency was helpful and knowledgeable. Because the property wasn't rented the week after we were there, and we couldn't bear to leave, we arranged a couple extra nights to extend our time there. Phone calls were always answered or promptly returned. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.

The location of the property was the best! Whether sitting on the deck, out front at the table, or at the dining rm. table the view was outstanding. Going to sleep and waking up to the waves crashing on the rocks was so relaxing. Actually all features of the property were above and beyond. Every amenity was provided, the kitchen well stocked and the house was clean. We took advantage of some of the extra beach chairs and toys. A wonderful time was had by all!
