On The Water in Maine was efficient and thorough in booking and checking-in.. They know their business.

AC Hopkins is the old general store and the interior of the house reflects that. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for the cook or baker. The upper floor bedrooms have the nicer views of the water. Unfortunately, the main floor waterfiews are obstructed by the neighbor's large tree. We expected and desired a better waterview. The house is near the town commons which is quintessential Maine beauty with a small harbor with a swimming dock and sailboats. There's also a playground and basketball courts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rosemoor,specifically,and the Sprague property generally, are the most fabulous locations in Maine. The friendliness of people on the property, the beauty of the surroundings, the beaches and, Oh, the house at Rosemoor - perfect location, perfect amenities, down to the library of books, the bountiful supply of kitchen needs, the comfort of the beds and couches - it's all breathtaking.

With 4 years experience renting through On the Water we have nothing but positive experiences to report. Service has always been courteous and efficient.

The house is modern and in splendid condition. Easy access to the lake with a dock and a float, a great view southward, quiet neighbors, a nice porch and outdoor picnic table and a gas grill Also a stone grill out side and adequate lawn space for the children to run around and do cartwheels.

Justin and his staff at On the Water in Maine were a pleasure to work with. The website was easy to navigate and it provided excellent pictures of the rental home and clearly described the property. All correspondence to reserve the property and the check in/check out information was handled efficiently. The staff was always kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our week at the Atlantic Sunrise. The cottage is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and well stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The view looked like a postcard. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed making sunset trips to Port Clyde to have dinner. The kids had fun playing in the backyard by day and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at night. It was an amazing getaway for our family.

We loved the house and property. It was quiet and comfortable. I would have liked to learn more about the house and its history.

Working with your agency was great. It was easy to rent and the paperwork was clear.

I liked having 3 available bathrooms and a nice kitchen in the house. The location is great with many adventures available. This was the first year we went whale watching out of Bar Harbor and it was amazing. Let guests know to dress warm! The city pool in Belfast is free and a great way to wrap up a day.

You can read my past reviews of OTWM! I'm afraid it's beginning to look like I'm a paid promoter - which, of course, I'm not! I can't say any more than I have in the past about the agency and all the people involved. They are simply the most professional group I have ever dealt with and you will have absolute peace of mind if choose OTWM to assist with your vacation plans. They are honest in their claim of 24/7 attention to any problems that may arise during your stay, they are always friendly, helpful and patient during the rental process and you can trust the description of the properties they offer. Again, this group knows how to make your vacation worry-free. They are a great group of professionals!

We have rented Atlantic Sunrise four times over the past year for a total of 34 days. We enjoyed absolutely each and every day of our stay. As I have noted in past reviews, there is simply nothing that I don't like about this property. The house, the setting, the amenities are all lovely. A wonderful vacation experience.

The folks at On the Water were excellent and very professional. I was very satisfied with their service.

The location of the cabin on the shoreline of a cove in Lake Megunticook was superb; restful, secluded, great swimming, lots of loons and bald eagles. Overall, the cabin is in good shape. The windows and slider do not work well and need replacing. The only other caveat is the mice. The Decon mouse bait stations were not very appealing. You have to make sure to keep all the counters and food preparation areas clean and all the food put away, or you will have little visitors. I would definitely rent this cabin again, my family had a great time!

On the Water in Maine was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, efficient and anticipated things that would help us make the trip smooth. I have rented with rental by owner agencies (VRBO and Air BnB) and this was so much better.

Great location, cute cottage. We could walk to town rather than driving and worrying about parking. but we were not in the middle of the busy town when we wanted to relax. Whoever decorated that place has a great eye; it could have been in a magazine, and had lots of lovely touches.

What a wonderful little piece of heaven! The location was so lovely - the view was beautiful, the aroma of beach roses surrounding the cottage was a favorite! Sitting out on the chairs, facing the water - whatever the time of day, was so relaxing! And the cottage itself could not have been better. It had the feel of staying at the home of a favorite aunt. The decor was so lovely and perfectly Maine, with an incredible attention to detail. From the coffee table in the living room (perfect hight for puzzles) to the dishes in the kitchen, along with al necessary gadgets for cooking, to throws and blankets for snuggling on the couch. Perfection again. The beds were comfortable, and towels plentiful. The outdoor fire pit was wonderful - and used every night. Not to mention the outdoor shower - a favorite. The whole package added up to a perfect vacation. Every detail provided with loving care. What a beautiful little gem.

The location of the house is perfect. Wonderful views of, and access to, the water. On a quiet road, off a quiet road, in the quiet town of Cushing, but just a 25 minute drive to Rockland. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and moonrises over the water. We'd be delighted to return.

NOTHING beats the backyard with its amazing water view and private beach access. Waking up and looking out the windows to that gorgeous view will be something I never forget. Being right next to a park with a playground was a hit with our youngest son.

Crawford pond was beautiful and so quiet despite there being other families staying (living?) on either side of our own property. The house itself was really good for kids because it was so sparsely decorated.

Great secluded location - awesome to be able to access the water from multiple sides. Nice clean property, fantastic sunset! No dishwasher - always a pleasure to have a dishwasher when on vacation with the family. We liked the property but with a family of 5 (teen children) we feel we would be more comfortable in something a little larger and with an additional bathroom.

Excellent private location on Norton Pond; beautiful views of the sunset from the deck; small, comfortable camp with all the necessary amenities for a simple, quiet stay.
