It was a pleasure renting from "On The Water in Maine." We take several vacations a year and you all are hands down the most efficient, organized, and courteous company that we deal with. Thank you. Part of the beauty of Bayside is its tranquility. The screened in side porch allowed us to enjoy that beauty in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our books.

Beautiful property, well maintained and equipped, including several kayaks. The lawn and pine trees provide a georgeous frame for a water and sky vista, visible from all rooms in the house and cottages except the bunk room and bathrooms.

We were a late booking as a result of another agent letting us down at the last moment. From our first call to your office we were impressed! The online booking was fantastic and Emily could not have been more helpful. Arriving to shopping and all the lights on to welcome our late arrival was wonderful. We loved your house. It has such an incredible feel about it! It has clearly seen many happy days and family times over the years.

On the Water in Maine Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was very convenient with a beautiful view of the harbor. We especially enjoyed the upstairs deck. It was a wonderful spot to watch the boats in the harbor. The cottage made the whole vacation very relaxing.

As always was very pleased with our experience and the professionalism of On the Water in Maine and it's staff. Your ideas of "things to do" in the vacation home book was excellent. Lazy Days was well furnished and well supplied (kitchen utensils, pots,pans,ect. Everyhting was in excellent condition.

The house was better than we expected. Everyone loved it and thought it was charming.

Justin at On the Water in Maine was great to work with...and answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with choosing Marshall Cottage for our stay. He also provided good training on the boat to ensure that we were comfortable with all the ins and outs of the boat. This property was ideal in location. It was on a quiet street that we did not worry about the kids walking on, it was close to a dock so the kids could fish and we could moor a boat, and it was an easy walking distance to Port Clyde town and Marshall Point Lighthouse. Not to mention that the views were amazing!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The view was absolutely amazing and we made many wonderful family memories here. We hope to return in the future.

We loved being able to walk to Camden. After a long car ride, not having to drive anywhere was awesome.

We really loved this property. We loved the pastoral setting. So peaceful! So quiet! The property is well designed for privacy. I was able to suspend a hammock that I brought along down at the far end where the tree house is located. Perfect! Also liked being woken by the sound of engines ataround 4am, as the lobstermen got going each morning. Would wake up, then fall into a sound second sleep.

On the Water in Maine, thank you so much for being so accommodating!!! We loved the privacy that we had on Crockett's Beach, it was so nice for the kids to be able to play and not "blend in" with all the other children....very relaxing!

Your cottage was wonderful, My husband and I along with my mother and our 3 children stayed for a week and we LOVED it. We really enjoyed the collection of sea glass you guys had!

The OTWIM staff is warm, knowledgeable, and responsive to all questions and requests for help. It's a well run organization that I enjoying dealing with. Very Mainelike! The living room view of the harbor is the house's best feature. Also, the basement bedroom for others to stay in privacy, away from the main bedrooms.
