We have stayed at Deep Cove for over a decade of annual visits. It's the perfect vacation home for us in all ways, from the property's great siting to the home's design and comfort.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the comfortable surroundings, and the location on the pond. Favorite feature was the deck/living room area overlooking the pond - we could watch the grandchildren playing, the fisherman in our family fishing, the activities from the public landing, and seeing the wildlife (loons, heron, ducks, eagles, beavers!)

Our favorite feature is the view. The cottage is just what you would imagine a Maine cottage should look like!

Perfect as always except for the unreturned call about the television. I called on the morning of the 15th and was told someone would get back to me later that day. No one did.

We've stayed at Waterside upwards of a dozen times. It never disappoints. It's nothing fancy, but everything meets our needs. And the access to downtown and to the waterfront is a huge plus.

OTW has been outstanding for the last 5 years!!

Periwinkle Cottage has been our home away from home for 5 years but we think its time for a change. It has become expensive as the owners have increased its rent $8,000 during that time.

They were very professional and quick to respond.

We love woodland cottage. It fits our family perfectly. We love the screened in porch and the yard.

After two years of experience with you, we think you do a great job: your information is clear and helpful; you are only a phone call away when something (small or not) is needed; and everyone we worked with has been informative, polite and very helpful.

Golden Owl was truly great: the space, the accommodations, the provisions and supplies, the good taste in color and furniture choices, the lovely outdoor settingto name a few of the good features. The kitchen was a breeze to adjust to, and the layout was immediately comfortable. One guest said, You know this is just really nice.

The rental process is always easy, and I REALLY appreciate you being able to break up my payment since it's so large and I rent so far ahead of time.

Same comments as last year, lol. Stephanie includes SO many amenties at Our Song. I won't rent anyplace that doesn't include kayaks for getting out on the water as well as any place that doesn't have air conditioning. I love that you can enjoy unobstructed views of the lake while being in the main room and master bedroom of the house. The kids utilized the paddleboards and ping pong table the most.

The location was the selling point for us more than anything about the property. Property is very nice, if a bit oddly configured, but also very "fancy." Felt more like a New York apartment than a Maine cottage.

This was our second summer at Blue Cottage and it's a lovely place. When we came in the house was, once again, so immaculate it looked brand-new. We rented a kayak and I enjoyed paddling around Lake Norton. Our favorite feature is the porch overlooking the lake and the dock itself, which we enjoyed sitting on in the evenings. We enjoyed watching a few shows on the world's biggest TV upstairs.

Our favorite feature was loft in the house and the fact that the family allowed dogs. It meant a lot to us to be able to share vacation time with them

The property is wonderful. It's on a quiet street overlooking the harbor. It's clean and very comfortably furnished. The views from inside the house are gorgeous.

Second time we've stayed at Crow's Nest. It is just a lovely, comfy property! Great views from the living room and deck and we loved the morning time with the gas fireplace to take off the chill.

Its a very well built home and better equipped than any other home we have rented. We appreciated all the top notch kitchen appliances. Everything within the kitchen was very nice quality and there was plenty of everything. There wasnt anything I needed in the kitchen that they did not have. The bedrooms all worked out well as did the bathrooms. Lovely outdoor patio. Nice new dock. Lovely gardens. It felt like a real home and not a rental property.

LaLa Land was located in a beautiful setting on the Megunticook River. Having a dock on the river was very nice.
