On the Water in Maine has always been our preferred agent in finding vacation properties. They are reliable, detail-oriented, and prompt.

Seaside Cottage has a beautiful view of the water and we loved sitting on the porch to watch the boats come and go. We saw an eagle several times. It's probably one of the best equipped kitchens of all the properties we've stayed in.

Favorite feature of Bar Island Cottage is undoubtedly the quintessential Maine coast/cove view! Cannot get any better! Direct water views from the 3 windowed walls were outstanding and unbeatable! Cottage was well equipped with the kitchen and bathroom basics.

Working with the Team was excellent. We had very few issues, but they were quickly responsive when I reached out to them.

We loved the property. It is very clean and well-equipped. There is a beautiful view from the primary bedroom (as well as from the ground floor dining area and living room), which we enjoyed during all daylight hours and also when the moon was rising. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Instructions for using the house were clear. We had a wonderful week in the house.

Have been working with Tiffany, Meg and their folks for three years, gets better and better each year. Quick and positive response on any question, easy to book and any minor issues get resolved immediately.

Have been at The Jewell for the past three summers for a month each time. Great property - perfect mix of remote and luxurious. Renovations last winter were extensive and well done.

Oak Point Cottage is charming and unspoiled, has a great waterfront setting, and is located near stunning Maine scenic hiking attractions.

We had a house on Ginn Point for 15 years, so we know the area well and still have friends there. This house isn't much from the outside, but the inside is very well done, and the lack of stairs was great for my elderly mother.

deep cove cottages are by far the best place to stay if you want a million dollar ocean view. and the sunsets are breathtaking.

Very pretty place. Obviously recently redone and sparkly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Favorite part was the view, the yard, and pretty Hobbs Pond.

This is the second year that we stayed at Moondance Cottage in Hope. It is right on the Lake and the view from inside the cottage is great. Very little boat activity which meant for a quiet lake. We did have an airplane land on the water and take off, which was nice to see. We went there to relax and that is just what we did. Although there was just three of us, the cottage could handle a couple more people and still be comfortable.

We had an excellent experience with OWM. The property they recommended- Lightkeeper- was perfect for us and for our guests. OWM kept us informed of upcoming payment dates, and provided very thorough instructions for the property.

The view of Rockport Harbor is spectacular!
