Loved the open living area and huge windows overlooking the bay. Immaculately clean throughout. Super-comfortable bed.

There was never any problems working with the team

We had a very enjoyable stay, loved the views & the outside seating & deck off the living room. Bed was comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed. Also a big plus we could have our dog with us!

Weve had several choices over the years and continue to choose OTW because of their professionalism, cleanliness, house instructions, & communications.

We have a college athlete so spend most of our falls in Maine and continue to choose Seahaus to be our home away from home. It by far has been our favorite rental property. Such nice neighbors, peaceful, well-maintained, comfortable furniture, and gorgeous architecture. The area is one of our favorites: beautiful beach, great restaurants, close bakery/coffee shop and easy access to Camden Hills hiking as well as Acadia. Perfection in every way.

There wasn't much really special about the property except its location within walking distance to down town Rockland and all the museums and restaurants. I did like the two tall windows in the living room and actually removed the curtains for our stay.

I was completely satisfied with my dealings with the On the Water team.

The entrance to the house (Our Song) needs railings. Some of my visiting friends with mobility issues had difficulty getting in and out of the house. Even though I am pretty spry at 75, I appreciate railings where stairs need to be traversed. The shower needs hand bars to grab onto. I found the shower's uneven stone floor uncomfortable to stand on (my calloused and corned feet barked at me while trying to move about in the shower). The view from both inside and outside Our Song was my favorite aspect of my stay.

On the Water in Maine has always been our preferred agent in finding vacation properties. They are reliable, detail-oriented, and prompt.

Seaside Cottage has a beautiful view of the water and we loved sitting on the porch to watch the boats come and go. We saw an eagle several times. It's probably one of the best equipped kitchens of all the properties we've stayed in.

Favorite feature of Bar Island Cottage is undoubtedly the quintessential Maine coast/cove view! Cannot get any better! Direct water views from the 3 windowed walls were outstanding and unbeatable! Cottage was well equipped with the kitchen and bathroom basics.

Working with the Team was excellent. We had very few issues, but they were quickly responsive when I reached out to them.

We loved the property. It is very clean and well-equipped. There is a beautiful view from the primary bedroom (as well as from the ground floor dining area and living room), which we enjoyed during all daylight hours and also when the moon was rising. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Instructions for using the house were clear. We had a wonderful week in the house.

Have been working with Tiffany, Meg and their folks for three years, gets better and better each year. Quick and positive response on any question, easy to book and any minor issues get resolved immediately.

Have been at The Jewell for the past three summers for a month each time. Great property - perfect mix of remote and luxurious. Renovations last winter were extensive and well done.
