This was a truly amazing rental. My favorite feature was the view and proximity to Camden/Rockport/Belfast. Though near town, it was a quiet, secluded location.

It was very easy and we were well informed.

Cool vintage vibe at the Dockmaster's House. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious for our party of 6. Master bath was especially nice with the heated tile floor and spacious shower.

We loved the porch that looked out on the water. It was beautiful! It was quite hot when we stayed there so it would have been helpful to have a fan for the kitchen and living room.

The Pine Tree Cottage was lovely, and we appreciated all the amenities. However, a lot of the lamps needed lightbulbs, and we didnt buy more, so some of them might have been broken.

I found the team very well organized and precise. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Moondance Cottage very much. We particularly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful pond and we loved visiting the small towns around us. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and organized. All the labeling was extremely helpful!

On the Water in Maine is always great to deal with. With the sale of Safe Harbor this year they were put to the test.

We had a great week on the lake for the 4th straight year. The peaceful cove and dock along with that grand front porch are our favorites.

I believe that this is the fifth time that we've rented through On the Water in Maine. This experience, like our past ones, have been wonderful. The OTWM staff is professional, friendly, and responsive.

This was our second year in a row at this property, Seven Tree Lakehouse. We like that the property sits at the end of the road, on a point, with great lake views, and is very quiet. Inside, we like that the property is newly renovated, has heat pumps / mini-splits for air conditioning (a property rental requirement for us), a modern kitchen, and laminated floors throughout. (These are preferably to carpet.) Another big plus is that this owner provides two kayaks and a paddle boat for our use.

The On the Water in Maine Team were quite helpful during the reservation and contract process, and with updates as the reservation dates drew near. We had one minor issue during our 2024 stay (a tripped circuit breaker), and the Team were very prompt in replying about it.

Penobscot View has a wonderful location - right on the water to give it a spectacular setting yet it is also conveniently close to local restaurants and shops as well as to Camden. The home's layout is ideal for a family. The property is quite well equipped, well maintained, and was spotless when we arrived.

I have stayed at my cousins cottage for over 50 years now and it never disappoints!
