We loved this cottage. It was a wonderful week with our grandchildren, and 4th year in Bayside. (Their first time, they can't wait to go back). The property was perfect for our group, close to the ocean, playground, park and village.

Vacationland This is our second stay (3rd booking with OTWM) at the property. We love the location we love the outdoor space and we love the house itself. It works really well for our family of 5!

The experience was incredibly easy, smooth, customer-friendly, and efficient. The team was fast and dependable and the process was clear and simple.

The property is magnificent. Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed, and in perfect condition upon arrival. The best feature is the view.

The home was one of our favorites we've stayed in. It was perfectly set up for our family with space to spread out and plenty of linens, towels, pillows, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which is not always a given in rental properties. The property was beautiful. We loved spending time on the chairs by the fire pit, lounging in the hammock and exploring the beach. That was a special treat. The outside toys and games in the garage were also a hit. The A/C was also very good!

Property was as advertised. Was very clean and was well stocked in terms of essential items, as well as kitchen tools and appliances. All doors and windows were in good working order. Furniture and beds were adequate. Location was excellent.

A Stone's Throw was not our usual choice being so near to town but it worked beautifully for us and two dogs with privacy and convenience. The deck is the overwhelming attraction; 180 degree panoramic view of Rockland harbor, lots of sky, boats and ship activity. but at a distance and loons, ducks, bald eagles and osprey.

this year we booked 5 different properties with OTWM and everything has gone smoothly. (As has been our experience in past years.) There was even a follow up phone call from their office when they noticed there was one empty week with no rentalcould they help? please provide more detailed garbage pick up; we are unable to tell what the rules are for recycling at different locations. never sure what gets tossed in trash or recycling. If there is just one trash can in the house, are we supposed to recycle?

Norton Pond Cunningham Cottage was the dream vacation rental. We couldnt have asked for anything moreexcept a couple more weeks!

The team was as friendly, informative, and as prompt as possible. We were first timers in Maine, and with their guidance, I felt like a local!

Eco Vista was so lovely and quite perfect for our family of four. The views were great from all bedrooms and the living room. The deck was a nice place to view the water and the clear skies in the evening. The best part of the property would be the views.

Beautifully finished and equipped. Loved that every room has a lake view. The guest house is a fantastic option for larger groups. Gardens are fabulous.

Tiffany and Meg kept in touch with me via email on a regular basis once we made our reservation. They kept me updated and answered any questions I had quickly.

We all loved the Moondance Cottage. We loved waking up and having tea on the deck overlooking the pond, relaxing on the dock, and playing games around the fire pit!

On the Water in Maine does things right. Excellent communication, prompt response to questions, and friendly. You can tell theyre on their game start to finish. They have an amazing menu of properties in prime locations and some hidden gems. Youll have everything you need for a wonderful stay. And they are local and close by if you need them.

We stayed at a lovely home on Crescent Beach in Owls Head. There is something special about the area. Absolutely beautiful. Our favorite feature was walking on the beach and exploring the tidal pools. The kids loved the Hermit Crabs. So relaxing. The burgers and sandwiches at Owls Head General Store are really good and a close second!

It is a very efficient, straightforward experience.

The best feature of Little Pines is its location: on the eastern shore, right on the water. It is actually larger than the photos appear.

As in the past, it was great.

The location was wonderful. We felt that we had a beautiful slice of the coast to ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt like while the cottage was pretty old fashioned it suited our purposes well by and large.

All the staff I interacted with from the beginning were professional, pleasant and timely in their responses to any questions I had.

Redwood Cabin was a lovely place to spend the week and the description and pictures matched our expectations perfectly. We were fortunate to have such nice weather - definitely our two favorite places to be last week were either the dock (comfy chairs there which was a plus) or the deck. The beautiful flower boxes and trees surrounding the deck made it feel like we were sitting in a private treehouse. We loved the view and watching the humming birds while listening to the other birds on the lake and nearby.

They were easy to work with. All information and instructions were clear. Very responsive.

The proximity to the village activities and waterfront were great. The property was very well organized and maintained. It had none of the inconvenient quirks you find in older properties. Easily accommodated 4 teens and 4 parents.

We enjoyed the elegant comfort at the Golden Owl and the comfort of many seats in the house to read, play games, or take a nap. The property was pretty and we had plenty of room as a family. The kitchen was well-stocked!
