Great - no problems!

AC Hopkins - kids loved the location, adults loved the amenities- AC, laundry, Wifi.

As always, happy with our experience with the On the Water team.

We have stayed there for 4 years. We love the flat yard and the quiet portion of the lake.

OTWF helped us find the perfect properties for our family. The website and staff was well organized.

We loved Moondance's location, landscaping, and interior finishes. The kitchen and house in general were super organized.

A Stones Throw has a wonderful view and is very family friendly. It has a very complete kitchen and all the cooking tools a chef would want. For a person that has a trailerable boat, the town boat launch is a wonderful site.(3 minutes away) It has lots of parking and two very well designed ramps.

We loved Halcyon Point. We loved the view of the ocean and the island across and being able to kayak and explore the beeches on Norton Island.

We cannot say enough good things about Park Row Cottage. It is extraordinary. The porch and the view are amazing.

Great Oaks was spectacular! We loved the well stocked 'cooks kitchen' with every quality implement one would need. The gardens were an unexpected delight and may have been my personal favorite; or perhaps it was the view! Exquisite attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of the property.

The house and property were absolutely fantastic. All features were high quality, and the house was extraordinarily clean. The location is stunning, and the walk through the water was unforgettable. This vacation exceeded our expectations. In short, everything was fabulous. We had a wonderful vacation.

A bit bureaucratic but overall very accommodating - it would be nice to interact with a live human person in person sometime.

Nice comfortable cottage and we love Coleman Pond. We like that this cottage is truly someone's home, not purely a rental. Very well equipped kitchen.

We did not have a lot of interaction with the team this year, but this being our second year at the same property, we knew they would be accessible if need be.

Seven Tree Lakehouse offers the Maine getaway we hoped for, tranquility of a small community-away from it all but with easy access the bustling main streets of Camden, Rockport, Rockland.

We really liked the location of AC Hopkins. The layout is great with kids having their own space on the top floor & the adults can use AC at night if necessary.

On the Water in Maine is by far the best rental agency we have ever dealt with in the Boothbay region. We have been vacationing there for well over thirty years.

The Griffin cottage is a great spot. The view is perfect, we love the deck and the dock.

Wonderful family time spent at Redwood Cabin. Our favorite feature was the dock and using the included water toys.

All good! Although the lease-signing (and pet-waiver-signing) process was more "involved" than your typical VRBO of AirBnB experience, the communication from the team was very clear and the process worked smoothly. We appreciated also the detailed info provided about the whole experience, including things to do in the area and the set-up with the boat rental company.

Favorite feature was the lovely "den" off the kitchen where we spent a great deal of time talking, reading, doing a puzzle and generally enjoying the amazing view. Loved pretty much every room in the house, honestly. It's a GORGEOUS property and the cabin is just so appropriate to the setting and just the right balance of old and new. Absolutely perfect for us.

Awesome! Meg was instantly responsive. She IMMEDIATELY upgraded the weak internet. Meg and Tif replaced a problematic piece of furniture as well.

Beautiful cottage with a lovely location on Norton pond.

It was extremely easy. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. Kim came out and installed the curtains in the master bedroom and organized a plumber to come out and fix a leaking toilet.

The bedroom had no curtains and face a well traveled road. Thankfully Kim got us curtains and installed them the first few days of our stay. The downstairs toilet was leaking from the bottom and a plumber did come out to fix it but it still looked like it was leaking. The best feature was the lake view but I dont think we will stay there again since the neighbors were too loud and nosy.

It is always a pleasure to do business with everyone at On The Water. When we are staying at The Inn From The Cold, our questions/problems are addressed right away. Thanks. However, I sent a pre-visit email question to [email protected]. I was asking about the status of the elevator. As it turned out, when we got there, the elevator was not working, unfortunately.
