The team was great and responsive to questions.

We loved the cottage. It has the best view of the water and was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do.

My experience working with On the Water in Maine is always top notch and professional.

The home was beautiful and comfortable and more than enough space for the 5 of us. Outside, we thoroughly enjoyed the lush and abundant gardens, the private dock and of course the stunning rock patio / path down to the water.

Working with the OTWIM team has always been a pleasure. We have rented from them several times over the years. They have always been quick to respond to questions or concerns. Properties are described accurately and have been well cared for.

We stayed at the Holiday Beach house. We love the location and having access to a private beach. The newly renovated bathroom is a great improvement. Air conditioners were much appreciated on several hot, humid days.

We have been going to Maine since 2011 and this is our favorite house. The second floor balcony is amazing but the beach is tied with the balcony for our favorite feature.

Overall great house, loved the design, the amount of light, the proximity to the water. Favorite feature was the view of the sunset on the water. Wished there were an easy way to get kayaks in the water without having to depend on the schedule of high tides.

We loved everything about Our Song. The favorite feature was the view over the water. Or, the well equipped kitchen. Or, the quiet location. Or, all the comfortable furniture and decor. Lots of outdoor seating and a great dock with 2 floats. We liked being able to use all the water sport equipment.

We had a very good experience. Especially appreciated the quick and professional service when we had trouble accessing the house when we arrived. Your team got us info/answers very quickly and we appreciated that.

The house is fabulous! Everything is so fresh and new and the design of the home is amazing. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, which almost never happens with a rental. It was also lovely that the owners left us flowers, scones and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Wonderful experience -- we would go back!

Excellent experience. We have been working with Tiffany and Meg for many years and they are most helpful and thoughtful. Very adaptable and responsive to constantly changing situations. They are hard workers always maintaining a friendly and professional approach to their clients.

This was our 2nd stay at Harmony Cottage and it was amazing! Our favorite feature of the property has to be the beautiful view of Penobscot Bay from the deck. Thats where we spent most of our time and it was fabulous!

Overall the experience was positive and mostly responsive with some hiccups. Once we arrived at the property, we put the code into the master lock box and could not open it. We all tried, looked for other boxes, and could not get in. It took a while (about 20 minutes or so) to get in touch with someone. I kept getting the wrong extension and didn't want to select "emergency." Once I did, I left a message and Meg returned my call quickly. By then, my husband realized the back door was unlocked. Meg explained the lock box was hanging from the door handle hidden by the door plaque all this time! Ugh. We called back and left a message because the back door actually would not lock at all and this was an issue for my mom who has PTSD. Tiffany called the next day and apologized for not responding the night before due to a miscommunication. I appreciated the call.

This 62 Norton Pond Road property is beyond spectacular. We were actually in shock at the large size of the "guest house" and this made sleeping arrangements work out so well! But... the VIEW of the pond and the surrounding nature were without question our favorite feature. We rented kayaks and SUP's and this was the highlight of the trip on nice weather days. At one point, we saw about 20 bald eagles! We loved the layout of the kitchen, dining, and lounge area all centered around a stunning view. The flowers and plants on the grounds - especially the lily's - were stunning! I greatly enjoyed the trees and nature paths around the property.

The team is responsove and helpful always. That's why we keep coming back.

We loved the property Great Oak. Favorite features are the spectacular view over Penobscot Bay, the house itself - beautiful, comfortable, amd quality throughout, and the fabulous gardens. We also liked the privacy and natural setting while being minutes from Camden.

Our vacation was fantastic. We had a couple questions when we arrived and the team was quick to respond. Leading up to the vacation, the emails and communication was informative and excellent.

We stayed at Pine Tree Cottage in Lincolnville. It was exactly as advertised, clean, adorable, accessible, and best feature-on Coleman Pond. We loved everything about the place!

Kenneys Port of Call was just perfect. It was the same as I remember with a few nice updates. Had a very relaxing time. Everything including the weather turned out better than expected.

They were very helpful - we had two issues during our week at the Loon, and both were resolved quickly and professionally.
