We have used OTWM for 10 years now. They are committed to providing a pleasurable visit and are very responsive. On the few occasions that we have had to contact them during out stay, they were quick to reply and handle the concern.

We have rented Vacationland for many years. It is located on a quiet road and a quiet pond. The property is clean and functional.

We encountered a problem with the Internet and were impressed (and grateful!) for your team's response. Meg was super-helpful and in addition to fixing the problem let me know what to do if it recurred. That was really our only interaction with the team this year-- everything else was electronic.

Love the Seaside Cottage! This is our second year here and we would definitely stay again. The top feature has to be the amazing view--- but also, it's comfortable (great furnishings), spacious and open.

As always the team is responsive and knowledgeable. We travel with our large canine companion and the team was happy to work with us and the owners to allow him to stay and not miss any of the training he is working on.

This is our fourth visit to this beautiful spot. Our favorite feature is the view and the home's proximity to everything we love to do on the bold coast.

This was the second year staying in the Camden Harbor property. Every detail of the property is well thought out and beautifully appointed. My favorite feature is definitely the deck. The deck roof along with the comfortable furniture made the stunning harbor views always feel spectacular. Even in light rain. The property is truly magical.

Everyone at On The Water was very helpful in dealing with the hurricane and our delayed arrival and extended departure date.

The property is always immaculate. The privacy and the water views are absolutely the best anyone could ask for. This was our 10th visit.

I loved everything about this cottage - everything was exactly as pictured. My favorite room was the screened porch. I spent every minute possible out there and one guest even slept there!

We love staying at the Periwinkle Cottage because it is very comfortable, has lots of amenities, including a washer and dryer, and has a gorgeous view right off the deck of Penobscot Bay. The owners add improvements every year, and we really enjoy staying there. Plus our dog loves to walk on the shore road!!

Canns Beach Cottage was very well outfitted with appliances and other essentials (dishes, flatware, pots/pans). In the house, on the deck, in the yard, sitting areas were comfortable and accommodated our guests and us. We enjoyed the views.

The team at On the Water is great to work with. Meg always goes above and beyond to insure any issues are resolved!

Very well stocked home. TV setup is very klugy and could easily be resolved with an inexpensive smart TV.

As always, On the Water Staff were perfect.
