Juniper Bank is a beautiful property. The layout of the house, location on the water, walking distance to the Owls Head General Store, and the views from the upstairs suite are incredible.

We have been renting with On the Water in Maine for about 5 years now. It's seamless and simple. Thank you for always providing excellent service. Emails and phone calls are always answered promptly and are helpful. This is why we keep coming back to rent from you. thank you.

Our Song may be the perfect spot for us. Lermond pond is quiet, clear and beautiful. Our Song is set up to make the experience simple and easy for the renters. The owners are very thoughtful with what they have available for the renters: the dock, the floating docks, the chairs, and the layout of the property make it easy to sit back and enjoy nature. The inside of the house was also set up thoughtfully. The kitchen was well stocked for a cook and books and games were enjoyed on the rainy days. We enjoyed the remote location as well. This is a rental that we will want to return to.

The property was heaven. The private beach was our favorite part.

You guys are the best! Honestly. We've been working with you for a while now, and the consistency is great. Hard to imagine working with anyone else! But I will be honest in this survey, because without feedback, how can we get even better?! :) I will say that I was disappointed that no one returned my call after leaving a mssg on the check in voicemail. I was concerned about no blind in the bathroom - a biggie. We hung a towel on the window. And that no AC unit was in the bedrooms, and it was HOT (even though in the description). We found one and put it in. A call would have been appreciated. *OTW response: There is a separate phone extension to call to reach someone directly which is our in house guest line.

This property had the best views of anyplace we've stayed. The best feature was the fact that it has a wonderful view of the channel, and watching the boats pass through was awesome. Truly awesome. If we could find our retirement home with a similar feature, we would love that. That house has the best location on the street.

We loved Clam Cove cottage! It is a beautiful carefully attended to home. The grounds and the view of the bay are just stunning. We rented kayaks and enjoyed low tide walking out to the water with the dogs. Perfect week. Thank you.

We absolutely love Seahaus and didn't want to leave. The privacy and the walk down to the water over the wood chip trail was peaceful. We enjoyed staying in Lincolnville for the first time. The size of the home was perfect for our family of three.

Ive never had an issue. Everyone is kind, informative, and incredibly helpful.

We just stayed at Lazy Days and my favorite feature was, of course, the lake. I also loved the open floor plan and location in relation to my favorite towns.

I was pleased with the immediate response when the entry code would not work upon our arrival and Kim answered on my first call attempt and was able to give us the new code. She also communicated via call and text when a plumber (turned out to be my nephew!) had to come to address an issue with a pump.

I love that the property was newly renovated with a modern, clean look. The location was wonderful at the end of the road / on a point so that it was nice and quiet. I loved how close to the water the house was so that we had a view; that is largely what I pay for. I love it when owners include kayaks in their property amenities so that I don't have the added expense of renting something to actually be out on the water.

It was great! I spoke with Kim upon arrival, and it was rather late! I appreciated her guidance so we could get situated!

The location on the beach was our favorite feature - the fire pit was a perfect way to end the day!

The property as a whole is great. My favorite feature is the second floor living room / bedroom, specifically the two chairs facing the picture window of the amazing view of the water.

Our experience with on the water was good. When we got there some of our electricity was out and Kim came immediately and fixed the issue.

The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful because you could walk everywhere.

Always a pleasure and the booking process is easy to navigate.

We loved Ginn Point Cottage. The views and easy access to the beach were wonderful!

Clean/simple and perfect for the two of us to escape if we wanted to from all the family staying at At Water's Edge.

Not sure how many years we have booked with OTW but it is always wonderful without any issues.
