Very easy process

Amazing! They were so easy to communicate with and we had 0 issues.

We had a lovely stay, the house was as advertised and big and provided everything we needed. I wish we could swim directly from the home (we were spoiled with a lake last year) so that is now on our must haves. My favorite feature of the home was the downstairs rec area for the kids to enjoy (our week of weather was a bit rainy) and the bathroom in the master bedroom. And the lobster cooking stuff! And the view!

We have always had lovely experiences with our rentals through On the Water in Maine. It is a bit inconvenient that, in recent years, the check in time is later and the check out earlier. This reduces our actual stay to something closer to six days, rather than seven. I hope that we can return to the checkin/checkout of past years and get a bit more enjoyment from the properties.

We love the privacy and quiet of this location.

It was a pleasure working with the team from On the Water in Maine. They were very professional and good communicators!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is beautifully situated with a lovely view of Lermond Pond. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The only thing I couldnt find was a garlic press!

Wouldnt change anything. The cottage has a wonderful rustic feel, but is comfortable at the same time. Favorite feature would it have to be the fireplace. We had a couple damp, chilly nights. The fireplace added to the ambiance and took the edge off the cold. Ample chopped wood on the property was a great feature as well.

Made it very easy, all my questions before my rental was answered in a timely fashion.

The location was good, nice and quiet and the view is good.The deck is very nice and the outdoor furniture is comfortable.

Great experience as always. OTWIM is great to work with and very responsive to any issue, especially ones regarding maintenance.

We had a wonderful stay at Bayberry Cottage. The cottage is comfortable, beautifully appointed and located in a beautiful setting on the St. George River. The lovely gardens were an unexpected bonus. We appreciated the nice linens, pillows, well-outfitted kitchen and renovated bathrooms.

The team was very responsive and professional.

Our stay was amazing! Hands down, the highlight of this property was the scenic & peaceful location. Also appreciated how well-equipped and stocked the house was: firewood, laundry detergent, paper goods, cloth napkins & placemats. There were so many details that made us feel at home.

The team was friendly and easy to work with. The website offers pretty clear information and there were no real issues during out prior to our stay, but when we did have a few questions On the Water staff were a breeze to chat with.

The Rosehill cottage was lovely. Really everything we'd hoped for. That porch/deck is exceptional. We're big bocce players so the yard was great as well.

Every contact with OTWIM team members was friendly and efficient.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Little Island View Cottage. The view of our already favorite island was amazing through those wonderful windows and from the convenient and beautiful deck. We and our guests who came for happy hour loved the collection of natural decor in every room. And the well-equipped kitchen was a joy!

The On the Water in Maine team is always great. Weve rented through you for years and will continue to do so.
