We had an incredible time at this house. It was more beautiful and spacious than it appeared on the listing. The location is far and away best we have ever had on the midcoast. The views are glorious. The deep water dock is a standout feature and completely made our stay.

It has been a pleasure to work with the team. They are friendly, responsive and efficient.

It's a lovely property, peaceful and cozy. I especially love the deck overlooking the water.

I/we have stayed at this property at least five times in the pas 15 years, and we love the location and improvements that have taken place.

Easy to work with and very straightforward. Responsive to a small issue we had during the stay.

We loved the front porch! Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels good quality.

Too many nice things to mention but it was a super nice treat to have a secure fenced in yard for our dog. But must mention the view, the beach, the deck furniture, the privacy and the air conditioning.

Cabin looked exactly the same 2 yrs later. No visible wear and tear and spotless. We've rented Piper Cove Cottage twice now and each time the cottage, outside area, dock, etc. has been in excellent condition

We have used On the Water in Maine for many years and our experience with them has always been everything we could hope for. They are always available and are easy to work with when we've had any requests or changes. It's our favorite summer getaway for us and our family. And we thank them for making unexpected exceptions as happened this year.

Everything went as expected and it's so convenient renting the same homes every year as we all know what to expect. It is perfect for our children and grandchildren as it's easily accessible for the children with room for playing ball on the yard, accessing the beach and hunting for sea glass, rocks and shells. The house is well stocked with all the kitchen supplies we need. The location and views are perfect so we can see the sailboats, lobster boats, the islands and shore birds. We love the location as it's so close to the town of Camden.

As usual, we had a great experience. We always got prompt and courteous email responses.

We love coming to Little Island View Cottage. We loved the new addition of the staircase down cliffs to the rocks. My 4 year old loved exploring the rocks while the baby napped inside-- kept us outdoors when we couldn't be down the road at Crockett's Beach.

Great all around, though still smarting from the 2020 cancelation fees. Most places waived fees. You did not.

We loved our multi-week stay at this beautiful property, which it's safe to say was the nicest, most well-equipped rental home we've stayed in. The Highlights include: 1) Spectacular location just outside the wonderful town of Belfast 2) Built in 2016 and impeccably maintained 3) Comfortable beds in every room 4) Huge deck with lovely views 5) Incredibly well-equipped kitchen. I'm a cook, and when renting a home I usually bring some of my own "essentials" because you don't know what you'll be working with. This kitchen had just about everything, including All-Clad pans, top-quality blender, mixer, food processor, cutting boards, even some decent knives. Everything but an instant-read thermometer. I would look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this property, but anybody considering it should be aware of three things before booking: 1) With the exception of the two bedrooms and bath on the basement level, this home has no doors. If you have a group or family, and some people want to stay up chatting or watching TV while others retire to the master bedroom or loft bedroom, that could be a challenge, noise and light-wise. 2) Every room as windows that face east (which is wonderful), but there are no shades, and the curtains don't fully cover the windows. On clear summer mornings, the sun bursts into your room between 4:30-5:00am, and there's nothing you can do about that. The sunrises are beautiful, but you need to either be an early riser, or somebody who can sleep through that. 3) Eco Vista has great water views, but it's not on the water. It's across the street, and if you want to actually walk on a beach or dip a toe in, you have to walk up the street a bit. Again, these are things worth knowing to ensure you've selected the right rental for you.

The new kitchen is fantastic and having a washer and dryer was so great, thank you.

Location, location On the water at the end of a dead end private lane. Recent addition of master bathroom was a bonus.

No problems. Very cooperative in regards to COVID cancellation in 2020.

Wonderful stay and have enjoyed this property for several years. Favorite feature is proximity to the ocean.

Everything was done in a timely manner via email or phone calls. No complaints!

Our stay was very relaxing and everyone's favorite feature was the dock. We lived down there when we were at the house.

The access to the water cannot be beat. This is just such a perfect little spot.
