Everyone was very helpful and nice.

We absolutely loved clam cove!! The view and direct access to the water was our favorite things about this property.

Its been absolutely superb. Every request has been politely and promptly handled. We have no suggestions for improvvement at all.

Fantastic as usual. Location, especially water view and way house is designed to access it is especially striking. The house is furnished in a tasteful and comfortable way, perfectly maintained over the seven-plus years weve been guests. Kitchen is of the highest quality perfect for preparing gourmet seafood means. Only issue this year was a few spiders caused by cobwebs in the ceiling corner of back bedroom.

No issues

Clam Cove is exactly what you think of when you think of a Maine vacation. The view from the back porch is beautiful and there is nothing more relaxing then watching the tide roll in and out. The location is very convenient for going out to dinner or if you decide make your own meals there is a fully stocked grocery store minutes away. The Maine small town feel is also minutes away by visiting the neighboring communities of Rockland and Camden.

Kinney's Port o Call is a well planned comfortable space right on the water. This year we found a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathroom and new living room furniture. Thank you. We've stayed many times. In warm weather the deck is our favorite, but this year it was the new kitchen. This property has always been well maintained, although this time there were a few problems.

The On the Water in Maine team is outstanding.

A lovely, well maintained property with an interesting history. Great library of books and movies. The TV set-up is a little complex and could be made simpler with better directions we did finally figure it out.

This house is a dream. The location is wonderful--quiet, very scenic, with easy, thoughtful access to the water (no rickety dock or precarious steps; set up for docktails). Beds are very comfortable, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family with adult/teenage kids or couples. The suite on the lower level allows for maximum privacy in a relatively small house. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and serving. All the furniture and lighting are thoughtfully and tastefully done. Beth's and the Pour Farm are within a short drive. Happy days for sure in this house.

This is our third time staying in this property. Of course we love the view but also love the unique architecture and location.

Awesome as always! The team is very responsive and easy to work with. We had an issue with the electronic keypad and the On the Water team resolved it quickly.

This was our third stay at the property and it holds a special place in our hearts. we love the view, the upstairs bedroom, the porch, and the pool.

Our stay was a week and our favorite part of the stay was my husband thoroughly enjoyed fishing in the canoe each day!

Meg was fantastic, patient answering all my questions. Information she provided was helpful and accurate. Also, administrative aspects, contract, etc, werent unduly burdensome.

Wonderful setting with excellent water view. Loved the back porch overlooking the harbor. Kitchen was well-outfitted, with good selection of cookware, plates, etc. Quickly felt right at home.

OTWM is great. That is why we keep returning year after year. One year no properties were available so we went with another agency. Ugh. Disaster. Another time a friend and I split a house in Rockport we found on VRBO. UGH again. I like that OTWM has both my and the owners interests in mind. I like that they make sure the listings are accurate, and that there is a minimum standards list. I like that they only represent nice properties, not houses where someone died and the family decided to make some money by renting it out but was too cheap to replace the 40 year old towels or empty all the takeout containers the dead person collected in the final 20 years of their life. (this really was the VRBO house).

Everything. It was perfect. Being on the water and having kayaks was so wonderful. Doing yoga every morning on the deck or in the sunroom was wonderful. Beautiful casual decor.

The On the Water in Maine team is great to work with and they make the whole reservation process seamless.

The Bar Island cottage best feature is how close it is to the water.
