I found the team to be very helpful, responsive and professional. Chalen took the time to drop off the property binder; which for some reason had been removed from the house.

The property was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Favorite features were the beautiful gardens, multiple outdoor seating spaces and the view of the river.

Blue Cottage - loved the sauna and waking up on the pond. And the chefs kitchen was a dream.

It would be very difficult to single out one favorite feature, but top contenders include the lake and the view of the lake from the master bed. I love the simple cabin feel that is somehow packed with modern comforts like a dishwasher, dimmable lights, bathroom heat lamp, well screened windows that are easy to operate, etc. The radio is such a nice bonus.

We love being right on the lake, but also close driving distance to Camden.

The whole process of choosing a property, understanding the billing, rules, etc was very clear. The staff was available when needed.

Camp Peabody worked well for our family of 3 generations. The teenagers slept in the basement with parents upstairs. Grandparents slept at our home in Rockport.

Weve had several choices over the years and continue to choose OTW because of their professionalism, cleanliness, house instructions, & communications.

We have a college athlete so spend most of our falls in Maine and continue to choose Seahaus to be our home away from home. It by far has been our favorite rental property. Such nice neighbors, peaceful, well-maintained, comfortable furniture, and gorgeous architecture. The area is one of our favorites: beautiful beach, great restaurants, close bakery/coffee shop and easy access to Camden Hills hiking as well as Acadia. Perfection in every way.

On the Water in Maine has always been our preferred agent in finding vacation properties. They are reliable, detail-oriented, and prompt.

Seaside Cottage has a beautiful view of the water and we loved sitting on the porch to watch the boats come and go. We saw an eagle several times. It's probably one of the best equipped kitchens of all the properties we've stayed in.

Favorite feature of Bar Island Cottage is undoubtedly the quintessential Maine coast/cove view! Cannot get any better! Direct water views from the 3 windowed walls were outstanding and unbeatable! Cottage was well equipped with the kitchen and bathroom basics.

Working with the Team was excellent. We had very few issues, but they were quickly responsive when I reached out to them.

We loved the property. It is very clean and well-equipped. There is a beautiful view from the primary bedroom (as well as from the ground floor dining area and living room), which we enjoyed during all daylight hours and also when the moon was rising. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Instructions for using the house were clear. We had a wonderful week in the house.

Have been working with Tiffany, Meg and their folks for three years, gets better and better each year. Quick and positive response on any question, easy to book and any minor issues get resolved immediately.

Have been at The Jewell for the past three summers for a month each time. Great property - perfect mix of remote and luxurious. Renovations last winter were extensive and well done.
