Seahaus is amazing. The combination of Construction design and materials, location to Mid-coast amenities, and water access make this property highly unique.

The views and serenity from this property are unprecedented. Not to mention the property is immaculately clean. Far enough away from town to have privacy, but close enough to indulge in cafes, shopping, and a few high end dinners on quaint Main St. We especially loved being able to wake up to stunning sunrises and wind down with world class sunsets, explore a few lighthouses nearby, venture north to Acadia and south to Glidden Point Oyster Farm. 10/10 would visit again - if youre looking to experience quintessential Maine, this is the basecamp to do it from!

The Ocean Watch Maine house is a relaxing retreat in an incredible location for enjoying the Maine scenery any time of year. The house is expertly designed with all the comforts you would expect from a high end vacation, and the waterside access/view are second to none. It benefits from complete privacy while being conveniently close to a variety of nearby towns and dining destinations. We will definitely visit again.

My family and I (husband and 2 kids) stayed at Ocean Watch over the summer and it was absolutely idyllic. The home is brand new, spacious, and so beautifully designed. The location is private, giving a feeling that you can truly disconnect. But my favorite part was the sunset from the porch - top 3 Ive ever seen in my life. Would love to return.

This was a truly amazing rental. My favorite feature was the view and proximity to Camden/Rockport/Belfast. Though near town, it was a quiet, secluded location.

The Lake Escape property was beautiful! The setting was perfect, the landscaping is gorgeous and the home is spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

On the Water in Maine is always great to deal with. With the sale of Safe Harbor this year they were put to the test.

We had a great week on the lake for the 4th straight year. The peaceful cove and dock along with that grand front porch are our favorites.

The house is fabulous! Everything is so fresh and new and the design of the home is amazing. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, which almost never happens with a rental. It was also lovely that the owners left us flowers, scones and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Wonderful experience -- we would go back!

Overall the experience was positive and mostly responsive with some hiccups. Once we arrived at the property, we put the code into the master lock box and could not open it. We all tried, looked for other boxes, and could not get in. It took a while (about 20 minutes or so) to get in touch with someone. I kept getting the wrong extension and didn't want to select "emergency." Once I did, I left a message and Meg returned my call quickly. By then, my husband realized the back door was unlocked. Meg explained the lock box was hanging from the door handle hidden by the door plaque all this time! Ugh. We called back and left a message because the back door actually would not lock at all and this was an issue for my mom who has PTSD. Tiffany called the next day and apologized for not responding the night before due to a miscommunication. I appreciated the call.

This 62 Norton Pond Road property is beyond spectacular. We were actually in shock at the large size of the "guest house" and this made sleeping arrangements work out so well! But... the VIEW of the pond and the surrounding nature were without question our favorite feature. We rented kayaks and SUP's and this was the highlight of the trip on nice weather days. At one point, we saw about 20 bald eagles! We loved the layout of the kitchen, dining, and lounge area all centered around a stunning view. The flowers and plants on the grounds - especially the lily's - were stunning! I greatly enjoyed the trees and nature paths around the property.

The team is responsove and helpful always. That's why we keep coming back.

We loved the property Great Oak. Favorite features are the spectacular view over Penobscot Bay, the house itself - beautiful, comfortable, amd quality throughout, and the fabulous gardens. We also liked the privacy and natural setting while being minutes from Camden.

The On the Water team was responsive and easily available whenever there was a maintenance issue.

The home was one of our favorites we've stayed in. It was perfectly set up for our family with space to spread out and plenty of linens, towels, pillows, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which is not always a given in rental properties. The property was beautiful. We loved spending time on the chairs by the fire pit, lounging in the hammock and exploring the beach. That was a special treat. The outside toys and games in the garage were also a hit. The A/C was also very good!
