Always a pleasure to work with the On The Water Team. Whenever I have a problem, they take care of it right away.

Favorite feature: Beds are very comfortable and the walk-in showers in two of the bathrooms are very nice. We like that all the bedrooms have good sized beds and that all the rooms are on one floor. The room air conditioners were great!

We had great experience. The listings were thorough and accurate. The team was very responsive and helpful. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth. And the house was spanking clean.

The location is spectacular and the home thoughtfully built and appointed. It is designed for maximum comfort without being fussy or precious. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with loads of dishes, cups, glasses and cooking equipment, all clean and in good working order (which is not always the case, even in high-end rentals).

Tiffany and Meg were great to work with and answered all our questions promptly.

Fernwood Cottage was perfect for our group of 9. We enjoyed the lawn games provided and the fact that it is on the lake with a swimming dock was also a highlight.

Our family rented this house for Thanksgiving to have everyone under one roof for the holiday weekend. The house is very well-designed. The living room, the kitchen, and the dining area are all one open contiguous space, allowing everyone in these spaces to be together. The house also is new construction. It is heated through the floor and very comfortable in the winter. Great view over the water from the living room. Very clean. Very responsive management.

Seahaus is amazing. The combination of Construction design and materials, location to Mid-coast amenities, and water access make this property highly unique.

The views and serenity from this property are unprecedented. Not to mention the property is immaculately clean. Far enough away from town to have privacy, but close enough to indulge in cafes, shopping, and a few high end dinners on quaint Main St. We especially loved being able to wake up to stunning sunrises and wind down with world class sunsets, explore a few lighthouses nearby, venture north to Acadia and south to Glidden Point Oyster Farm. 10/10 would visit again - if youre looking to experience quintessential Maine, this is the basecamp to do it from!

The Ocean Watch Maine house is a relaxing retreat in an incredible location for enjoying the Maine scenery any time of year. The house is expertly designed with all the comforts you would expect from a high end vacation, and the waterside access/view are second to none. It benefits from complete privacy while being conveniently close to a variety of nearby towns and dining destinations. We will definitely visit again.

My family and I (husband and 2 kids) stayed at Ocean Watch over the summer and it was absolutely idyllic. The home is brand new, spacious, and so beautifully designed. The location is private, giving a feeling that you can truly disconnect. But my favorite part was the sunset from the porch - top 3 Ive ever seen in my life. Would love to return.

Nice quiet location with a wonderful view

Seamless, which is the biggest compliment I can say. No hassles, no drama. As I remember from having rented with you before.

Difficult to zero in on one feature as the propertys combination of features is what makes it so perfect. The house is beautiful and fun, the back deck looking out on the pond is wonderful, the dock + floating dock, and just the serenity yet convenience of the location.

This was a truly amazing rental. My favorite feature was the view and proximity to Camden/Rockport/Belfast. Though near town, it was a quiet, secluded location.

It was very easy and we were well informed.

On the Water in Maine is always great to deal with. With the sale of Safe Harbor this year they were put to the test.
