Everything was very easy and efficient with the on the water team

Our favorite feature was loft in the house and the fact that the family allowed dogs. It meant a lot to us to be able to share vacation time with them

easy lane cottage is the perfect lake house. everything about the place is nice from the furniture to the finishings to the classic lakehouse look. we really enjoyed having three outdoor seating areas - the deck for morning coffee and breakfast, the dock for afternoon reading and beers, and the fire-pit for evening weenie roasts (and more beers). the cottage's position on and view of the lake is exceptional. we couldn't have been happier with our peaceful vacation spot. kudos to the owners. they have set the place up really nicely.

OWM is great to work with. The people are friendly, easily available and are very responsive when issues arise, although few do.

We stayed at the Jones Cottage, where I grew up. My favorite feature (always) is the gorgeous view from the front porch.

The entire OTW team is friendly and professional, with prompt, personal attention to every detail.

ECO VISTA IS A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, THAT MEET ALL OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE VIEW FROM THE OUTDOOR DECK IS JUST AMAZING.....THE KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED...

The property is wonderful. It's on a quiet street overlooking the harbor. It's clean and very comfortably furnished. The views from inside the house are gorgeous.

We've now worked with On The Water for two years (each year renting two different properties) and we LOVE working with them. They are knowledgeable and responsive!

Second time we've stayed at Crow's Nest. It is just a lovely, comfy property! Great views from the living room and deck and we loved the morning time with the gas fireplace to take off the chill.

Its a very well built home and better equipped than any other home we have rented. We appreciated all the top notch kitchen appliances. Everything within the kitchen was very nice quality and there was plenty of everything. There wasnt anything I needed in the kitchen that they did not have. The bedrooms all worked out well as did the bathrooms. Lovely outdoor patio. Nice new dock. Lovely gardens. It felt like a real home and not a rental property.

LaLa Land was located in a beautiful setting on the Megunticook River. Having a dock on the river was very nice.

The On the Water in Maine team is exceptional! Well organized, friendly, helpful-- I forgot to pack my toiletry bag and they are sending it to me, no issues. They are great!

I kind of want to keep it to ourselves so we can book Our Song next summer-- it was so lovely! The boats, the view, every detail in the house. We loved our stay! It was so comfortable and had everything we could want. And the birds and flowers!!! Loved it.

Tiff and Meg are the best!! Communication was great, and their responsiveness was amazing as well! Our AC wasn't cooling and they got someone out on Sunday morning and and had it up and running on that day and even dropped off several fans just in case. Very much appreciated!

Lake Escape is a fabulous property! The layout with 3 BRs in the main house and 2 BRs in the guest house with plenty of full baths worked so well! The house and guest house are both beautifully built and appointed. The kitchen was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in - plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking equipment, storage containers, etc. And, we appreciated the labels in the drawers and cabinets so we could try to return everything to where it belonged. The kitchen worked really well for cooking for and serving a large family group with the big island. The outside space was great for our family group as well -- with great weather all week we utilized the big picnic table for meals and loved the big fire pit in the evenings. The dock and extra swimming float also were well utilized!The gardens around this property were stunning and really added to the beauty and serenity of a week on Norton Pond.

We have been working with Meg and Tiffany for at least 20 years, both as an owner and as a renter. They have been extremely pleasant and professional over our many interactions, being both supportive and respectful of our property as well as helpful with our rental requests. I highly recommend their services!

We recently stayed a week at Megunticook Lake House and were very impressed with the property in all respects. The attention to detail in both the construction, architecture and design was outstanding. From tasteful and consistent decorating throughout, to awesome large windows which captured the beautiful views surrounding the property. The dock was large enough (16x24) to accommodate a 21 bow rider and spacious seating for all. It was thoughtfully placed for plenty of sunshine and deep water (approximately 8 at end of dock). Overall an awesome property.

Weve been loving the new and improved boat dock, and actually being able to see the lake from the house.

It was difficult to get someone on the phone to ask a question about the property prior to arrival. But everyone was pleasant and kind.
