Amazing and responsive!

Great - everything was seamless, professional and pleasant!

We had a house on Ginn Point for 15 years, so we know the area well and still have friends there. This house isn't much from the outside, but the inside is very well done, and the lack of stairs was great for my elderly mother.

as always, otw is and was very accommodating. they are always very prompt with a response for any reason.

deep cove cottages are by far the best place to stay if you want a million dollar ocean view. and the sunsets are breathtaking.

Very pretty place. Obviously recently redone and sparkly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Favorite part was the view, the yard, and pretty Hobbs Pond.

They were very easy to work with.

This is the second year that we stayed at Moondance Cottage in Hope. It is right on the Lake and the view from inside the cottage is great. Very little boat activity which meant for a quiet lake. We did have an airplane land on the water and take off, which was nice to see. We went there to relax and that is just what we did. Although there was just three of us, the cottage could handle a couple more people and still be comfortable.

We had an excellent experience with OWM. The property they recommended- Lightkeeper- was perfect for us and for our guests. OWM kept us informed of upcoming payment dates, and provided very thorough instructions for the property.

Meg and Tiffany have always made our stay easier. They have responded to our questions and helped us resolve any issue promptly and with generosity and often good humor.

Belleview Cottage was perfect for us. We hope to be able to rent the house in September for many years to come. We appreciated the decor and appliances. We've suggested a new vacuum cleaner. Replacement of the TV was greatly appreciated. We loved the glass side of the cottage facing the water providing access to an extraordinary horizon.

beautiful views, house very comfortable, had everything we could possibly need, loved the deck and outside flowers and buoys, beach access good and I loved looking for seaglass, close to town, most important amazing views of Rockland lighthouse, loved the older section especially the wood floors, rocking chairs, brick work, and stained glass windows

Top quality home, location, and design. Well stocked with kitchenware, bathrooms were both in full operation without any issues. Master bed was comfortable and plenty of closet space. Great outdoor space. Quiet and peaceful.

The On The Water team were great. They realized the refrigerator in our rental was broken before we arrived and were pretty professional about it. They scheduled a replacement on, I think, the second day of our vacation. And provided a cooler to store things in the interim.

The Gazebo Beach House is just the best. My family had not stayed in the Northport area before. We loved this location because of the proximity to both Belfast and Camden, along with the surrounding smaller communities and all the natural features they have. My favorite features of the house itself were its large porches with unobstructed views of the water and the direct access to a semi-private beach (albeit via a long staircase).

Its always a pleasure to work with the On the Water in Maine team. Tiff and Meg are terrificefficient, responsive, and multi-talented! They do it all! Meg has even cheerfully guided us through smart TV activation. We appreciate that the demand for rentals exceeds the supply; they do a great job trying to accommodate the needs of their clients.

We enjoyed Clam Cove Cottage and its lovely view of the cove. The location was greatclose to Rockland, Rockport, and Camden.

Seamless

We dream about our vacation to Compass Rose all year. The most idyllic cabin and location. Staying in the same place allows us to start our vacation as soon as we walk in the door.

The On the Water team was fantastic

We loved the separate Studio unit as it gave Mary Jo and me a lot of privacy when family members visited.

OTWIM is ALWAYS thoughtful, thorough and helpful. This time I "forgot" the lockbox access code. {Read "you didn't write it DOWN?"] and had to call the OTWiM "Emergency" number at 5:30 Friday afternoon. You aswered, never said anything like "You must be dumb as a rock" and just gave me the code as though you had it memorized. {Maybe we aren't the first to do this...} The house was, as always, spotless and everything in order.

Deep Cove is our favorite feature - everything about this spot is perfect. The house is great, well-equipped and always meticulously cared for, and the location is the stuff of Maine Dreams. No wonder the Wyeth's lived around here - artists would be humbled by by the sea and the sky and forever inspied.

We have been working with On the Water in Maine for the last several years and have found them to be exceptional to work with. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns.

We love the Ginn Point Cottage! Its tastefully decorated and provides all the modern conveniences to make your stay relaxing and fun. Our favorite feature is the Oceanfront view and access to the sandy beach.

We stayed in Vacationland on Hobbs Pond and especially loved the easy access beach area for our kayaks. As Senior ladies, we want to keep kayaking as long as possible and being able to manage our kayak "mounts and dismounts" without casualties is wonderful!

Very clear with the information, leaving us with no questions. Everything was laid out well in advance and fell into place as promised.
