On the Water in Maine received a package for us when we were there and drove over and left it in the kitchen. What a great service! I love your taste and felt right at home ! Charming decor. Comfy furniture. Quiet Lots of space.

It is clear that your team at On the Water in Maine "wants" to make our vacation a good experience, not just at the rental but also travel to and from. Our coffee maker did not work and we received a replacement in 4 hours. Urging us to inform your team of any problems is just another example of a well run, professional business.

Your home is extremely well maintained which gave us a very comfortable feeling. Most rentals have minor issues such as torn screens or leaky facets that can give some an uneasy feeling. Your home was our home for one week. Thanks! Layout is excellent. Like having bed rooms at opposite ends of house for privacy. All rooms on one level also appreciated. Separate den area came in handy for those needing a quite area to work or read.

One hiccup which Justin, the owner of the rental agency handled personally, a prompt refund of cleaning fee was appreciated. Wonderful entertaining house, with screen in porch, several 'sun' decks and a lovely dock to tie up a boat or fish off of. As cooks we appreciated the Thermador oven and burner. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, bowls a kitchen larder which if thought about a utensil you found it. Very much appreciated. Very lovely communal spaces in both the house and the barn. Good air circulation and water pressure.

Justin, the Owner of On the Water in Maine, happened to be on property by chance upon our return one afternoon. What a lucky break for us. We had shared our experiences from that day and our agenda for the following day. He was extremely helpful in making alternative suggestions and really gave us some great ideas that we hadn't been aware of. Also helpful that he is a father and understood some activities our children might enjoy. I had some questions after our discussion and left him a VM that evening. He promptly returned my call. We loved the extremely peaceful property with tons of privacy, captivating views and appealing location.

Our family had our very first Maine vacation in your home this past week; We had a wonderful week in your cozy and comfortable property and enjoyed every inch of the grounds. Thank you for the experience and best regards!

We loved the quiet and the stars at night. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The town with a surprisingly diverse supermarket and a few eateries was not a far drive. Early on one of the guys told me about the area and suggested some visits and that is how we found Jasper Beach which we loved. (Btw it would be good to remind guests to bring a passport in case they want to visit Montebello).

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We appreciate that you are maintaining this piece of Maine and are willing to share it - especially that we could bring the entire family (ie the dog). We love how you are fixing up the house - not overdoing it but making it comfortable.

Emily greeted us as we arrived at the cottage - a lovely surprise and made for an easy check in and orientation to the cottage. She is "a natural" for her job and a positive representative for the company. The Griffin Cottage focal point for us was the expansive deck with very comfortable furniture; comfortable living room and fairly well equipped kitchen.

I can't say enough about how Justin, Emily and the entire staff at OTWIM are customer orientated to the max. Whether having an issue with the property or just asking a question, everyone seems to have the customer's interests at heart. This is what keeps us coming back. This was an annual visit up to Maine for us. We enjoy the state and the mid-coast area immensely and always look forward to coming. We took a sailing excursion on the Appledore along with a terrific cruise to view Puffins from Port Clyde. I highly recommend the cruise with "Puffin Pete". We did the Farnsworth on a rainy day and enjoyed the exhibits very much. We have a new appreciation of Wyeth's watercolors. Finally took in Montpelier over in Thomaston along with several flea markets and antique stops. The Celtic Festival in Belfast, Beth's Farm Market, The North Atlantic Blues Festival....I could go on and on. It was a wonderful three weeks!!!

You have such a wonderful property in Owl's Head and we feel grateful for being able to experience staying there for a few weeks. I can't tell you how comfortable we are when we're there. It's truly a very special place! We so look forward to coming back again next year. The property has become a favorite of ours due to its location, privacy and amenities. Plenty of space to wander the grounds, the ocean at your doorstep with a swimmable beach and a deck with views that can't be beat. It's a great house or is it houses? We love the fact that with a foursome each couple has virtually their own space in each side of the cottage.

Your agency is the best I've ever dealt with in years and years of renting properties, both in Maine and in other locations along the eastern seaboard. Your emails were very informative and helpful. I appreciate the effort you put into keeping in touch with your clients. The location of this house is superb, probably the best we've had in all the years of renting summer cottages in Maine. We loved the cool, grassy yard leading down to the water, and the pebbly beach, which was wonderful no matter what the tide level. The house itself was comfortable and roomy, with plenty of seating for the family and a well-stocked kitchen.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your charming home. Such a charming house. Loved the "New England cottage" feel of Cape McKay! Beautiful view of the harbor from nearly every window in the house. The house met every expectation we had of a wonderful vacation away from home.The decorations were beautiful! We enjoyed looking at the historical pictures of Cape McKay & would love to hear more about the history of this house. Everyone responded and was very pleasant when we spoke or emailed about anything. The property is beautiful, the sunsets are manficant, and the fishing is the best.

You have a beautiful property and we enjoyed it again for our second year. I am a painter and my husband loves to fish. We both enjoyed our hobbies while we stayed at loon landing. I left a special entry in your guest book for you. My husband caught (and released) around 30-40 fish a day!

We have rented in Maine fours times prior to renting your place. We have finally found the place we would love to rent again. Hopefully we will have a chance. Our favorite features were the porch with the view of the shared dock and harbor. The nice, friendly neighborhood, the immaculately clean interior space, the huge deck and the well equipped kitchen. A lovely home with cottages, thank you for sharing. This was truely the most peaceful spot I have ever been. There was very little boat traffic and we enjoyed hours of kayaking and exploring. Loons and bald eagles abound! The house was very comfortable and clean. I'm very impressed with the way "On The Water in Maine" handles their guests. We had the perfect vacation and Pitcher Pond has now become our new favorite vacation spot.
