Great as always! I rented from another company last year and came running back to OTWM because of what a great job your company does.

The property was beautiful. The beds were mostly comfortable and the living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom space was generous. They house is definitely kid friendly.

On the Water in Maine did a great job. The process was simple and well-explained - leaving us no need to contact you at all! (We did see your office as we drove to Rockland.) Well done!

The Little River Guest Cottage is a delight. Hummingbirds in the garden. Comorants on the pond. A chipmonk in the apple tree. The house is well appointed. The pans are good. The knives sharp. The dishes well selected. Wifi works without a hitch. It was a joy to stay in such a pleasant spot.

On the Water in Maine was awesome! Justin was caring and always reachable. When we had a problem his response was so fast and problem was solved. We woke up to no hot water on day after arrival. One call to Justin and problem solved in one hour! Justin originally apologized that it might takes some time to fix until later that day. We received call within an hour from his service man and they had solved the problem!

Our stay couldn't have been better. We loved the house, atmosphere , location and amenities. Homes location was perfect and central . We often walked to dinner.

Absolutely top rate. A pleasure to deal with.

I really enjoyed my stay at Seascape cottage. I loved it's location most of all. 5 minutes outside of Rockland was amazing. It was a great place to act as a hub for my visit to Maine. Favorite feature was obviously the beautiful view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean from your bedroom, or sitting for hours on the deck reading, and listening to the ocean can't be beat.

The firm is very easy to work with. All depictions are honest and they maintain the homes well.

The location of this gem of a cottage is an added bonus. Not only does it have a quiet, sandy beach, but it is short distance from Rockland and Camden.

On the Water was VERY prompt about resolving some of our concerns. They brought 2 new fans and a microwave to the cottage. They also refunded a portion of the week's stay. On the Water showed they cared about their customers and were very apologetic. We have utilized On the Water for many years. Despite this one hiccup, we would look to book through On the Water again.

This property was wonderful for scenic views and quiet. As stated earlier we had some issues with appliances and parking. That being said the size of the cottage was perfect for us as well as the proximity to Rockland! OTWIM COMMENT 9/10: Indeed, as this Guest noted, we did take down a new microwave and new fans right away once reported to us. The microwave had a bit of rust on the edge, and has for some time. It didn't effect the operation or cleanliness and was more directly related to the cottage being so close to the water. We didn't see an issue with it, but did address it for this Guest as we valued their business and concerns. We do rely on each Guest who stays in our properties to wash and put away dishes clean and are always as frustrated as the next Guest when one doesn't do that. This Cottage does have a dishwasher and there are clear instructions that it is a "mobile" dishwasher and how to easily operate it, still some Guests haven't reviewed those instructions, assumed the dishwasher didn't work, and then didn't clean the dishes by hand as well as a dishwasher. We have since posted a sign to illustrate this point more. The cottage has a 83% repeat renter rate and is priced for what it is. Yes, some parts like the bathroom are newer, and some parts of the cottage are older. A cottage that was all new in the same location would garner another $1000 a week in rent that the rate we ask for. There is parking for 2 cars at this cottage and we have not heard of any other parking issues in the past. Had this Guest contacted us regarding parking issues, we would have addressed it right away.

On The Water In Maine could not be better. It's the best vacation rental company we've ever worked with.

Our stay at Deep Cove has become an annual visit. We love the house, it's privacy and exceptional location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the owners' attention to detail! The gourmet kitchem has everything you need, so well equipped. Plus, the location is ideal, within walking distance to the harbor. The harbor view from the master bedroom is exquisite. The spacious deck offers a great view, too. This is so well appointed, clean, and comfortable.

Working with Justin and Tiffany an their staff is a real pleasure. Communicating with the company is an easy, seamless, and comfortable experience. All of us felt that we were welcome and valued guests.

Our stay at Nokomis Cottage for the last two weeks was absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. My grown children loved the experience. Our favorite features were the beach, the rock-surrounded (and safe!)campfire site where by day we enjoyed sitting and reading and watching the water activity from the Adirondack chairs. During camp-fire lit evenings (or without the fire in the dark to enjoy moonrises and the stars) each and every night was a magical experience.

Dan was always available with a text or call and helped us on a few occasions. He also provided some extra tips and phone numbers for items we needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

A very relaxing, laid back, magical island. Dan helped us with everything and then some. It surpassed the photos and we wished we had a couple more days just to enjoy the island itself. We even got a visit from the local fisherman Jerry who dropped off some wonderful, tasty lobsters.

We have rented several different cottages from On the Water in Maine and have had a truly excellent experience with them. They think of every detail. We will certainly rent from them again.

Crows Nest is a delightful cottage with a lovely view from the porch! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. It could not have been better!

On the Water Maine was incredibly easy to work with. Very organized and detailed. I loved that all the information we needed was available in advance.

We loved Marylea Cottage. Our most favorite thing was the screened in porch and deck where we spent much of our time. The quiet relaxing view of Rockport Harbor was incredible.

We had an issue with the TV which you resolved in short order working with "On the Water in Maine" was a very plesant experience and will use you again.

We loved everything about Schooner View. The location, the view, ease of walking into town, the whole experience was fantastic.

We loved our week at Griffin Cottage. It is a beautiful spot on Southport Island, with a view over all of Boothbay harbor, and right on the water. The house is charming and for the most part very comfortable and well appointed. We did find the second bedroom rather uncomfortable-mattress could be improved but the big problem the person who used it said was no place to put a suitcase or clothing. The master bedroom was lovely! The room with twin beds would only have been adequate for children. The TV instructions were inadequate. We had great difficult figuring it out.

Email communication was smooth.

We love the location! The cottage met our expectations, though we are familiar with Bayside houses. You might want to be more explicit that the stairs are extremely steep and not to code and thus the property may be challenging for very young kids or older folks.

All of the communication was fast, helpful, and very friendly.

We loved the beautiful view; the quintessential historical Maine farm house; and the quite, cool nights.

Working with "One the Water in Maine" was effortless. Website was very easy to work through and the staff was very helpful and friendly when speaking with them on the phone. The reservation, contract, and payment was seamless. The electronic combination lock at the property made things very easy.

Absolutely love the privacy of the Bar Island Cottage. The cottage had everything we could want regarding kitchen items. Bathroom was perfectly sufficient, although a hair dryer would have been nice. Had great fun watching the tide roll in and out. The views of the water and of the night sky were outstanding! Cottage was quintessential Maine! The minute we arrived, we knew we were at the right spot, and talked about coming back.

Your agency is absolutely top-notch. I always feel like the person answering the phone remembers me and would rather do nothing else than meet our family's needs. What a perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. Everyone I've ever spoken with at On the Water in Maine has been 100 per cent competent.

Where do I begin? We thought Blueberry Hill was always our favorite house, but now it's unanimous: Rosemoor is perfect in every way! Such a well-stocked kitchen, such a gorgeous view, such cozy rooms , perfect access to one of the most beautiful rocky ledges. We always love walking to the river where the kids can explore and - at low tide- learn to paddle board.Whenever we happen to run into someone on the property, they are always friendly and make us feel like we're part of the family.

The website is easy to use and provides abundant information. The booking process is clear and efficient. Questions I had were pleasantly answered through email. The agency goes out of the way to assure that renters have plenty of information and that they know assistance is at the ready if needed.

Never have I stayed at a property where every possible need was better anticipated. Lincoln Lookout is comfortable and relaxed rather than luxurious and posh, but it is equipped with every necessity, including the kitchen. Furthermore, it's situated on lovely grounds with the exact right mix of landscaping and naturalization--plus an unsurpassable water view. There is nothing more my party and I could have asked for. (No, the absence of a dishwasher was not a problem.)

This was our 4th time renting from OTW and we can only say good things-- very responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Maybe you need a frequent renter card for people like us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Belfast Harbor house. Favorite features included the amazing views of the harbor, great open layout of the house, access to the water.
