On the Water in Maine is organized and attentive and very easy to work with. We had a great experience and it was very personal. We'd love to rent from them again.

The cottage was more than we expected! The pictures don't do it justice. It was an absolutely amazing property, beach, view, and trip! We'll definitely be back!

Absolute gem! Had a minor issue and Justin(owner) came over the house that night. The issue was completely resolved the following morning. They clearly care about the guests well being and as well as the home owners.

This old family home is a very special place to stay. It is clear when walking in this home that you are entering a vacation home that has been shared by generations of one family. We were so fortunate that they offered it as a rental. The views of the harbor are unbeatable. We loved having family meals together at the dining room table that overlooked the water. The path outside the house acts as a private trail. It was perfect for a quick hike around the mouth of the harbor. Checking Vesper's Chapel on hike not to missed. The house was perfect for our family. Unexpected treats were all the kids toys that our baby could get into.

We had a great experience with On the Water in Maine. This is our third time working with them. Justin is easy to work with and was very friendly. We will book through them again!

The Seafarer Cottage was delightful! It was very private and very quiet so we felt as if we were the only ones in the area. We had a beautiful view from every room of the harbor and could see the Rockland light house; and the ferry to Northport/Vinalhaven making its trips to North Haven/Vinalhaven. The kitchen had every thing one could think of the cook and/or bake, mostly Wolfgang Puck kitchenware. It is difficult to climb down to the rocky beach but it is doable during low tide. Loved the cottage overall!

We have worked with you (On the Water in Maine) many times and have had only the most professionsal experience in our relationship. Along with the professionalism comes the local flavor of good old Maine warmth and support.

We loved the house. We had small kids with us given that my daughter and family were sharing the house with us. The space was perfect for this arrangement. The floor plan on the first floor offered plenty of space, along with the yard with an amazing view of the bay. The seperate suite upstairs made this perfect for the "older" folks. Having Lincolnville within walking distance was perfect.

OTWIM has been great to work with, very efficient and responsive. This is the second time I have rented through them and would not hesitate to use them again in future.

The location and the grounds of this property were amazing. I could not believe the harbor views and watching all the boat traffic was entertaining. We also had some amazing close up Eagle sightings. The house while very old has a lot of charm and character and was very comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic, modern and up to date.

You are very thorough.

This was our sixth year at Compass Rose Cottage (first under new ownership). We were very pleased with the changes made under new ownership - especially the new furnishings on the porch, the second bedroom and the many other new furnishings inside that only added to the quintessential seaside cottage feel. It is comfortable and homey.

We have been repeat customers of On The Water In Maine for several years now. They run a very professional business and everything is taken care of before you arrive at your vacation home. We will be using this company for all of our vacation stays when we visit Maine.

This was our 4th year at Bay Breeze and we couldn't be happier! This house has it all,lots of space, lots of light, privacy, peace and quiet, and it is on the water. It also has a huge back yard with a spacious deck. Great for a large family or entertaining family&friends! Plus it is minutes away to to many surrounding towns.

My husband and I travel several times a year in the US and Europe and we use an agency such as on the Water in Maine Inc. when we book our accommodation. This agency is was extremely professional and easy to deal with.

We simply loved the Island View Cottage. The view is incredible, the house had all the modern convinces including: top of the line appliances, chef's kitchen, excellent wifi, new and high end bedding, to make our stay perfect.

The views from the property were beautiful! The house itself was very comfortable with a keen attention to everything a guest may want. We were very pleased with the fresh and newness to everything, and the space that allowed areas for the group to be together, and special spots for someone to find privacy if wanted.

On The Water was a pleasure to work with. We had no issues with the property itself, but felt great knowing that we could call OTW 24/7 should anything come up. We were unable to return our rented kayaks to the drop off location, and OTW was very accommodating. A great rental experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coleman Pond Cottage. The house was beautifully situated above the pond with a great view of the water from the deck, and the dock was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee (or a cocktail) while watching the loons and great blue herons look for their own breakfast (or dinner). The interior of the cottage was spotless and very comfortably decorated. The owners have done a great job providing an unfussy yet vey attractive environment that's perfect for relaxing. We're already looking forward to coming back!

What a responsive team with a great attention to detail. All the people we dealt with were friendly, courteous and worked together like a well-oiled machine.

The 180 degree view from this property is stunning... the rocky coast harbor view that we all drive to Maine for was ours to enjoy from one of many vantage points the property offered. The beach, one of the several decks, the dock, the yards. Wonderful. The unique home design provided my husband and I and our adult children all having a bedroom with a semi-private patio and a door to the outside. The fishing was great. We caught many mackerel and a striper from the dock. The place does need a lot of updating and better seating. We had a great time.

This is our 4th year renting with On the Water in Maine. It was easy & worry free as always! Thanks so much!!!

Our stay was terrific!!! The house is beautiful & has a perfect set up with the open kitchen/dining/living room area, the bedrooms each having a private bath & the location allows quick easy access to several areas.

Very easy to work with and helpful.

The floor plan fit our family perfectly. We had our whole family there - daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren that took the top floor; our son took the lower floor and my wife and I was in the master bedroom. Also liked the child friendly environment - large yard, play ground and toys in the house.

On The Water In Maine has thoroughly task-analyzed the process of dealing with clients electronically. It is a pleasure to work with this agency because everything plays out so seamlessly.

Juniper Bank is a well-appointed property ideally situated on the mid-coast for day trips to nearby towns or for simply enjoying the property's setting. We probably enjoy most, however, the view of the water and the working and the pleasure boats that travel it.

This was our second stay at "Our Song" and will not be our last! We love everything about it, the location is perfect, the house is perfectly appointed and lacks for nothing, the sonos stereo system is awesome, the kitchen is great for any gourmet, we didn't eat out at all, we cooked every day. The bed is luxuriously comfortable, the furniture comfy, the outdoor seating is perfect, can't say enough good things about it!
