It went fine, as expected.

Beach access and off season quietness. Cottage was cozy and adequate for two people.

The staff at On the Water in Maine are efficient, pleasant, and make the entire rental procedure easy. They are readily available but are completely unobtrusive.

This is our second stay at Loon Landing, and it will not be our last! The house is bright, comfortable, and conveniently located, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The lake is peaceful and relaxing, and the open space and huge windows bring nature right indoors. Such a great place to unwind. September is a quiet month and the weather was perfect.

The agency was very helpful and gave us very clear directions.

The view is breathtaking! We were able to get away for a few days without our kids so we really wanted quiet and privacy and we go exactly that. Beautiful and clean property as well!

The agency, On the Water in Maine, Inc., was top notch. Communications were excellent, description of the property we rented was accurate. Everything was efficiently handled and left me with no questions to ask or concerns. All interaction was professional and caring.

Juniper Bank was a lovely, well-maintained and furnished home with a pristine view of Penobscot Bay, an island and Owl's Head harbor. Spending time on the deck overlooking all of this was most relaxing and entertaining.

Loved watching the bay go from high tide to low. Liked that the living room was up on the 2nd floor. Very clean and new home. A very nice place to stay for a week.

We loved the Pine Cliff compound!!! Being so close to the water and close to town was ideal. I really loved the stove in the kitchen- makes me want to buy a new one for my own house!!!

On the Water in Maine made everything very easy and gave very good explantions from the beginning to the end. I would absolutely used them agian.

I truly enjoyed the property but I was gone a lot of the time. My husband and daughter on the other hand were there the majority of time and loved every minute. They fished and swam just about everyday. My favorite part was sitting in morning having coffee or in the evening having a drink and just looking at the picture in front of me.

Yes, your agency was wonderful to work with: available and organized. Pretty much every detail is covered. Fortunately we did not need any "help" along the way.

We are returning guests and find the cottage welcoming and in a desirable location. Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Port Clyde are all wonderful destinations close by. The open floor plan is perfect and the deck with many chairs is perfect for both morning sun and for later in the day. A real treat to eat breakfast on a sunny morning on the porch. Kitchen is a dream and the dining room comfortable for 6 people!

Easy to work with, honest.

The house was beautiful and perfect for both gatherings and alone-time. It had everything we needed, and an amazing view complete with lobstermen collecting their catches mid-morning.

Wonderfully comfortable house rental. Setting has a beautiful view of the water and an island. Furnishings both inside and outside made looking at the sunrise relaxing. Kitchen had every utensil we could have needed and then some. Large kitchen allowed for 3 cooks. Having private baths for each of the bedrooms is hard to find and these bedrooms/bathrooms were awesome!

We had a wonerful week at blue glass cottage. This was our second year there. Loved the new bed and new couch and chair in the living room. Better lighting in the bedrooms for reading would be helpful. House was very clean and well stocked. Location is perfect for visiting towns near by. Hope to be back next year.

It was a remarkable week - we could not have asked for better weather in Mid September - we had plans to do all sorts of running around - hiking, exploring, ferry trips etc. but instead we spent many enjoyable hours sitting by the lake relaxing, swimming, canoeing and listening to the loons. Couldnt have asked for a nicer vacation

Every phase of working with On the Water in Maine was expertly done in a very friendly and personal manner. We wish we had found you years ago.

The interior lighting and the use of dimmer switches was exceptional. Everything about the house was very convenient and well thought out. The view was very nice and the opportunity to watch the lobster men working their pots was a treat.

Loved the location. Loved the decor and perfect blend of modern & vintage features. Lived on dock & porch which were fabulous. Loved the shower. Loved that flowers, lawns, garbage, recycling, etc. were all cared for automatically.

On the Water in Maine is very thorough. They think of everything ahead of time to make the renting process east and seamless.

The Vacationland property is very welcoming and comfortable. Access to Hobbs Pond is superb, and the view is spectacular. We sat for hours on end enjoying the water's offerings.

OTWIM is a great service organization. Justin went so far as going down to one of the houses we rented and looked around for an item I reported may have been lost there. How many company owners would do that? Tif is upbeat and positive, and receptive to all inquires and requests. The OTWIM website is an easy-to-navigate tool with great information and photos. Keep up the good work, and see you next Summer.

We loved Blue Heron best of the three houses we rented this year from OTWIM. We liked: the great porch and views of the cove from the kitchen and dining areas; the lobstering neighbors; Spruce Head as a walkable and varied island with a mix of vacation and retirement homes and the culture of lobstering, both lobster fisher people and lobstering companies / coops. And the views around the island were refreshingly captivating -- the changing cloud, tide, light, fog, sunrise, sunset variations. The house was nicely on one level and compact. The kitchen right at the front and part of everything was the way we like it. The dock was a real plus -- the seal, the osprey that landed with a fish and sat there casually eating it, the mergansers, the ducks, the lobster boats, such as Slave Labor and Extreme Measures whose owners lived next door. It was an education to learn about the coming and going of their working days starting at 5 AM. All in all, we loved Blue Heron.
