Everyone on staff was extremely helpful, and always willing to help answer my questions!

The view from the deck was amazing! We had our breakfast at the table outside every morning! The scenery was amazing. We loved all the little quaint villages, watching the lobster boats, and all the great fresh seafood! WE will definitely be coming back.

We had some trouble with our first rental but Justin at On the Water in Maine swooped in and ameliorated the issue as soon as I let him know. This was much appreciated.

As a family with an early sleeper, it was so nice having a separate sleeping space. We were able to put our daughter down for naps and bed in the small cottage while we cooked and hung out in the big one. The WiFi worked well enough for her monitor and we knew she couldn't hear us!

Everyone at On the Water in Maine was quite helpful. Ben came and fixed a few problems and his suggestion to restart my iphone which quit, saved my day.

This home was great. The porch views, the ability to get down and beach comb, go walking up the road and bird watch, the amenities, bathrooms, bedrooms,and all were wonderful. The water directly from the taps was so good too. The location close to town is ideal.

We have always had a great renting experiencing with On the Water. Rarely, have we needed anything, but when we have the request was granted quickly. I also very much appreciated the early call on Friday saying that property was available.

Hands down, our favorite feature is the view and access to Crockett's Beach. I was disappointed to learn of the "behavior changes" asked of the guests (and Ellis Family) in regards to the neighbors to the south. We had no issues with them, and in fact, I intentionally struck up friendly conversations early in our stay in order to alleviate any problems during our two week stay. I did miss the fires by the ocean, however.

The agency is terrific, prompt, responsive and everything was well thought out.

We loved the design and architecture of the Bar Island cottage, from the wrap-around windows and deck to the vaulted ceilings, beams and track lighting. It is private and peaceful and a wonderful place to relax and let nature in.

Each time I called, I received very courteous attention and good information. I had a family problem which caused me to have to cancel and then ultimately reschedule. My conversations were with Meg and she could not have been more helpfuland was so understanding.

The house and the yard were amazing and the fact that the house was so well stocked was great.

All of the staff at On the Water in Maine were always very professional and helpful in their communications. We were sent an email before our arrival with great suggestions of places to check out and visit during our stay. I was also impressed that they sent us an email prior to our departure warning us about potential traffic issues on the day of our departure. We would definitely rent from them again!

Our family had such a wonderful week staying at Lakeside Lillys! The screened in porch was the perfect place to eat our breakfast while taking in the lake views, and listening to the loons. We ate dinner every night out on the deck, and the firepit was perfect for roasting s'mores. The kids loved swimming off the floating dock, and Coleman Pond was the perfect size for kayaking. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and the kids loved having their own rooms down in the lower level. The house is located in such a convenient location to explore Lincolnville Beach, Camden and Belfast, all short drives away.

Ben at On the Water in Maine was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The email updates leading up to the rental were helpful and easy to understand. Check in was a breeze and the office staff were all great. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the best view of the lake. Killer sunsets, covered and shaded outdoor seating, lawn big enough for croquet or dawn yoga for the whole family and friends!

On the Water in Maine was very responsive as we were trying to pick dates and reserve the property. They sent additional photos when I was trying to figure out if we'd all be able to sit down to dinner together, although they didn't have photos that answered the question. They were easy to reach and responded quickly. Other than some confusion with the code to get in, everything went smoothly.

This was the perfect place for us. We wanted to get my mother-in-law, all 5 of her kids and all 5 of her grandkids together at one time. The house is beautifully laid out with plenty of places to gather or get away by yourself. We could all eat out on the deck when the weather was nice and we cooked fabulous meals in the kitchen. The view is spectacular and peaceful. I'm already trying to figure out when we can go back.

On the Water in Maine is a company with integrity. Justin et al are very professional, reliable, prompt with returning calls and emails, and well informed about the properties and the area. We have great confidence in their ability to solve any issue before it becomes a problem.

Compact comfortable house offers tranquility, birds, and beautiful river views. A second living room - a large screened porch - is furnished as a charming outdoor room and sits apart from the house in the breeze from the water. This is a lovely peaceful spot for getting away from it all. We intend to come back.

The views from the home were beautiful no matter what the weather. Daybreak and sunset especially nice. The house was very well equipped so not much was left to purchase. The grill was really appreciated.

On the Water in Maine was very well organized, followed up to make sure our needs were met, and made the rental process a breeze.

Wow, I'm not sure where to begin! This home is so lovely, such amazing views, and so well appointed, it has more kitchen gadgets than my own home! Love the fireplace for the chilly rainy day, and the outdoor fire pit for starry nights! The dock was amazing too.

Ben at On the Water in Maine made the trip awesome yet again! We hope that we can have his assistance next year while renting a home on Megunticook Lake. Although the home is not handled through OTWM, we would still like to rent a boat and work with Ben. If not, we understand! Chad and Amy Gill

The location is nice being right on the water. Too bad the deck was taken out mid-week. The deck is a really nice feature at Piper Cove!

It was very easy dealing with On the Water in Maine. They did what they said they would. Their instructions for the property as well as check in and check out were clear, easy to follow and understand.

The home had a beautiful view and beautiful grounds. It was close enough to Camden that we walked into town one day. There were 8 guests in our party and we had plenty of room, as well as plenty of privacy.

On the water in Maine is very easy to work with. All paperwork is done electronically and there was always someone who was able to answer my questions. It's a very professionally run business.

THE AGENCY REPRESENTATIVES WERE EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT. WE HAD DONE OUR RESEARCH ONLINE SO OUR ONLY VOICE CONTACT WAS RE THE CONTRACT AND CHECKING IN. CHECKING OUT WAS DONE BY WAY OF EMAIL RESPONSE TO THE THOUGHTFUL NOTICE RE TRAFFIC IN WISCASSET. SINCE WE HAVE VACATIONED A NUMBER OF TIMES IN THIS AREA WE WERE AWARE OF THIS BUT MANY TRAVELERS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN.

THIS PROPERTY IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE WEBSITE PORTRAYS! IT IS EXCELLENTLY AND GENEROUSLY OUTFITTED. IT TRULY FELT AS THOUGH IT WAS "OUR" HOME. WE WERE ONLY TWO COUPLES SO WE HAD LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR SOLITUDE AS WE OCCASIONALLY WISHED. THE FIRE PIT WAS A GREAT AND WONDERFUL SURPRISE THAT WE GATHERED AROUND MOST EVENINGS. THIS WOULD BE A WONDERFUL VACATION HOME FOR A MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILY. WOULD JUST POINT OUT THAT WATER ACCESS IS VERY TRICKY AND DEPENDENT ON TIDES. THIS WAS NOT AN ISSUE FOR US, BUT OTHERS MAY BE DISAPPOINTED. WE LOVED THE TIDE CHANGES AND THE BIRDS THEY ATTRACTED---EGRETS, HERONS AND OSPREY AND EAGLES OVERHEAD.

The online simplicity of completing all of the arrangements was a 'big' plus. Online Check-in and check-out, plus our boat rental were simple and efficient.

This was our second year at the 'Lakewood' Cottage. Last year and this year, our stay was part of a 'sibling' week, one of whom has a home on the lake. We initially rented the cottage because my sister could not accommodate all of us (four siblings and spouses) at her place. We also needed to bring our two King Charles spaniels. Now we will only stay at the cottage!

You are an agency of efficiency and it works, from check-in to check-out. Sometimes a bit one-sided, yet as I have thought about it, you are running your business well.

As with last year, the cottage was spotless and all instructions explicit. We will stay with you again.
